I bought some expensive hifi gear and decided to upgrade my cheap toslink cable and ZERO difference in sound quality. I had the same experience with my $100 AQ vodka HDMI cable. Save your money and get the best buy or insignia digital cables. I have high-end analog cables (non audio quest) where I do hear the difference. Try switching the actual digital cable to hear difference ie coax (spdif) to toslink or if your equipment has AES for the best digital cable ime.

When we purchased our TV, it came with an audio cable, but our salesman told us that we could get better quality sound with this cable. We went home listed to the sound quality and it was very good. But, my husband and i researched and decided to try this audio cable. And, were very happy we did. Better clarity, better sound all together. Not that the cable that came with the system is bad, but we wanted to see if we if we noticed a difference and we did. Very happy with purchase.

The right length and made sturdy. Should last awhile. Didn't compare this optical go the one that came with my system to tell a difference in sound. Really relied on the bestbuy rep advice.

I bought this cable at the advice of my Best Buy sales person even though I did not think that it was really necessary. A cable is a cable. Wrong again!!! After the installation I got curious so I switched this cable with the one that came with the soundbar. The difference was obvious. I re-installed this cable right away.

I usually use the ARC feature on my receiver to transfer audio but I tried this instead and I’m not disappointed. The sound quality is very good and I don’t notice volume fluctuation like I have on hdmi wires. Perhaps it’s a setting I need to adjust but either way works great. I didn’t spend a bunch on this wire but it certainly is high quality and worth it if you just want to run sound.

I ran this set along with another set that I have for backup. Didn't want to pull interior again if one failed. Anyways it works great and has a nicer cover than the store brand. I like em

I never knew how much of a difference that a more expensive optical cable would make until I went and purchased this audio quest cable it works amazing it actually surpassed what I thought it would be in the overall performance from the thickness of the gage of the cable to how clear it makes the sound this is worth the money

Very solid cable that gets the job done. I bought this to replace a cheaper one connected to my sound bar. I would get random audio dropouts with the old cable and haven’t had that problem once since buying this one. This is definitely my go to brand for TV/audio cables!

I purchased a Samsung 4k tv and sound bar from Best Buy. Used the optical cable that came with the sound bar but noticed there wasn't a big sound seperation with the original optical cable. After researching the different types of cables, I decided to get this one based on various reviews and discussions with the Best Buy staff. Sound is great. Very pleased with this purchase

These cables deliver excellent sound quality used to connect my Bose "bar" speaker to TV. I'm really very pleased with these high quality cables and the ease of use. The sales person recommended them and explained that I could go cheaper, but I would not be disappointed with these. She was right!

No problem with this cord works perfectly! Use it for both a sound bar and headphones. Best thing is that it allows my hard of hearing father to use audio enhancing headphones at one volume while we watch TV at a normal level. Impossible to do with out on a Roku TV.
