Excellent product to protect my devices from te outside wire electric shock

The AudioQuest - PowerQuest 6-Outlet surge protector seems built to last. But only time will tell. I mounted mine on the wall. Basically because of my cat. Four out of five stars because it is expensive. Seems to be working as expected.

My new AudioQuest PowerQuest 2 is an absolute game-changer for anyone looking to maximize the performance and safety of their home entertainment or audio system. Its specialized outlets deliver noticeable results, dropping the system's noise floor to reveal cleaner audio transients and visibly sharper, punchier pictures on 4K displays. Unlike standard surge strips that wear down over time, its non-sacrificial protection and automatic extreme-voltage shutdown provide genuine peace of mind during heavy storms. Combined with an ultra-slim, versatile design that tucks away neatly behind tight cabinet spaces, it is a premium, set-it-and-forget-it upgrade that protects your valuable gear while making it sound and look its best.

Nice compact non-sacrificing surge protector. I replaced an old MOV surge protector with this one after we had several power outages in 1 day and a coffee maker got fried even with it being connected to a MOV surge protector. Apparently MOVs die and should be replaced every 3-5 years. I use this for a new TV and several AV equipment that I want to keep for a long time. One star off for the cost.

Good design, easy plug in. Good length of cord. Nice color

Exceptional product. It made my tv, receiver, and console all have better performance in addition to the excellent surge protection. The price tag is high, but this is not just any surge protector.

After debating on it for almost two years, I finally picked up a PowerQuest 2. And I wish I had done it sooner. I was always told a power conditioner would improve sound quality, but I didn’t realize just HOW noticable the difference would actually be until I heard it for myself. The clarity, separation, and overall cleanliness of the sound stood out immediately. Dialogue sounds more focused, details are easier to pick out, and everything just feels more refined and controlled. What surprised me the most is that this isn’t only something for high end systems. Whether you’re running a $200 soundbar or a full $2000 AVR setup, a power conditioner makes a difference. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t fully understand until you experience it yourself. Beyond the sound improvements, the added protection and cleaner power delivery gives me peace of mind knowing my equipment is better protected and likely to last longer. The PowerQuest 2 has easily become one of the best upgrades I’ve added to my setup.

Power filter was a requirement for my new Sony TV and sound bar. It was a little pricey from what I was expecting but received good reviews and has a resettable feature if a major power surge happens. Sales man was very knowledgeable and helped convince me it was worth the money.

Excellent product at a good price point. With power surges happening more & more I am a firm believer in using a super strong surge protector. Amp; DVD, OLED TV & DTV all are plugged into this. It fits nicely on a shelf in entertainment center and is not an eyesore.

This device eliminated my Laptop and 3 external monitors from a reboot during a power serge even being on a small UPS.

This surge protector is the best one I’ve ever owned. The first week I had it there was a lightning storm Causing a power sure and the surge protector kicked into action and protected my media center from harm. My router that wasn’t on a surge protector didn’t work after the storm. I would definitely recommend this surge protector. The price is a bit high, but the protection and peace of mind is worth every penny.

We recently got hammered by 2 nearby lightning strikes and these devices withstood it all while the cheaper general perpose from another store did their job but only once. The non sacrificial design of this device works.

This thing is slim and works really well if you have a tight space. This fit perfect behind our entertainment center.

[Employee of bestbuy] Couldn’t really ask for more from it. Yes it seems pricey, but both for what it does and can do, and also for the peace of mind of knowing you have the best protection for your stuff, like when you’ll have an expensive TV or an expensive AVR plugged in, it’s more than worth it. The PQ2 has enough outlets for me personally, and I believe it will for most people as well, as my set up consists of a TV, amp, 2 consoles, and a mesh node, which leaves me with an outlet free, and is probably already more than most people would use, or about the same

Stepped my speaker game up to Reference level speakers and the manufacture confirmed this would meet the speakers need for power and protection.

Solid piece of gear that so far has done its job. Only 6 outlets which kind of sucks but they are decently spaced to accomidate bigger and blockier plugs. Pricey but the guarantee might make it worth it but hopefully will not have to try and collect. I had another surge protector that had a hole blow thru the bottom after a surge so went with this one based on reviews posted on BB site and specs from AudioQuest.

The unit works as stated the footprint is perfect.

I offers high joule surge protection, and it can be reset. So, it should offer longevity. Reasonably priced.

[Employee of bestbuy] Needed something that would insure my devices. I love the quality and the power circulation as well as making things run smoother.

I tried both the 6- and 8-outlet versions. Some reviewers say 8- is better in terms of picture/audio quality. I saw great improvement with each -- but not one better than the other. Both really sharpened my picture. NEGATIVE: pricy.
