    Shipped a week late. Did not arrive on time. Seller will not communicate to accept returns. It's been a month working with Best Buy trying to get this return done and nothing. Do not shop on marketplace. Do not buy from this seller. Maybe they will respond back to me after seeing this. Probably not.

    Very much boneless. Does not have any firmness and you will sink down to the floor. The couch is very low to the ground
