I placed this order expecting 24” tiles (my mistake there — they’re actually 12”), but the bigger problem is the complete mess that followed. The product is advertised as 1” thick… it absolutely is not. The package arrived partially ripped open, and since I already knew I wasn’t keeping it, I didn’t bother opening the whole thing. Even from what I could see, there was no manufacturer packaging at all — just loose foam puzzle pieces wrapped together and mailed. Super sketchy. I attempted to return the order at Best Buy and the associate told me they had to open it. Fine. Once opened, it became clear that only half my order had arrived. I ordered 4 packs of 16 pieces (64 total). The employee counted 32 loose pieces, again with no real packaging. Then I was told they can’t process “marketplace” returns in store because it’s a third-party seller… even though the Best Buy website literally told me to return it in store. So now I’m annoyed, empty-handed, and heading back home. When I got home, the rest of my order was suddenly on my doorstep — arriving a full week after the first batch, with no notice and only one tracking number for the entire order. I contacted the seller explaining the mess, that I wanted to return everything for a refund, and that their shipping was incomplete and confusing. Their response? Basically “You ordered a lot, so we sent it separately. Have a nice day.” Completely ignoring the fact that I was trying to return the product. Overall: misleading listing, sloppy shipping, zero packaging, fragmented delivery, unhelpful seller, and a return process that’s a total nightmare. I will never buy from this seller again, and if I don’t get a refund I’m going to be extremely unhappy.
