It appears I am not the only upset parent who received a knockoff version of this calendar. Our set is missing a piece, it has two number 18s, no 25 and is basically falling apart. Multiple attempts to contact the seller have resulted in frustration and circular non-answers.

This review is for this particular version of the advent calendar. It is unfortunately fake (and I was not able to receive a genuine copy by ordering from someplace else until today, December 10, to compare). The actual advent calendar (NOT the one I received from this seller) is great. This one is very low quality, pieces were missing, numbers were missing, and it is much cheaper plastic. I will look closely at third-party sellers in the future from Best Buy. The box is also smaller than the real version (see comparison photos).

Must be a knockoff. There’s two day 18s and no day 17 despite the packaging showing a day 17. The magnets are extremely weak and fall apart with just gravity, or sometimes are too weak to even stick together to begin with. Definitely a bummer.

This is a cute advent calendar and I love that my son can just add the pieces to his current collection when he’s done with it. The only issue we’ve had is that some pieces have shifted into the wrong sections so there are multiple pieces in some dates and none in others.

The shipping took almost two weeks to receive. We opened the box and my husband thinks there are pieces missing. There is two 18 numbers on the advent calendar. It doesn’t look like the original magna-tiles brand. I opened the box in front of the kids so they were expecting it. I would like a partial refund since this is not the original magna-tiles and there is possibility that some tiles are missing.

Don’t purchase this item! It is not a Magnatiles product just a cheaply made knockoff. The parts edges are rough and the paint job sloppy. The figures didn’t fit together properly.

If I could give this a negative number, I would. It is a fake copy of the Magna Tiles Advent Calendar and it’s complete garbage. It is not magnetic and made poorly.

Pieces fall out of their designated spots - so when it's time to open, many are empty

I will never purchase anything from Best Buy or market seller Auledio again. I purchased 4 sets of Advent Magna Tiles and they are knock offs, plus the sets are missing pieces. There are no pieces for the 16th day. Best Buy is silent about my problem. So beware of buying items from market merchants because the bigger retailer, Best Buy, is not going to back you up.

This is a fraudulent product and not real Magna Tiles.

NOT DELIVERED TO CORRECT ADDRESS. Best Buy refused to fix, and sent me to Auledio. Auledio refused to fix and sent me to USPS. USPS said it wasn't their problem. I have no idea who received this item and no one is willing to take responsibility.

Thought this would be great because my son would really use it after Christmas. It’s boring. Poorly done. The two men are at the very end. I had one piece missing and two number 18s

This is not a genuine Magna Tile Advent Calender. Auledio would only refund 1/3 of tbe purchase. Missing pieces & “FAKE” set!

Very misleading...one little piece in ever box. Do not recommend!
