Bad Stitching, Front Pocket Fabric Separating

I ordered the bag on 10/04/25 and received 10/10/25. After 2 weeks of lite use, I saw the fabric separating from the zipper on the front pocket (see pic). I called BB and was told that it had a 15 day return (incl. ship time). On BB site requested Auledio contact me and still waiting after 2 wks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
