Lock Broke After 3 Days, Defeats the Whole Purpose

I bought the Auledio “security” bag specifically for its built-in zipper combination lock, and it failed after just three days of normal travel use. The inner mechanism of the lock literally broke apart from the inside, leaving it completely unusable. Because of this, I couldn’t secure my belongings at all — which was the entire reason I chose this bag.
The rest of the bag seems fine, but without a working lock, the product doesn’t serve its main purpose. To make matters worse, by the time the lock broke, the return window had already passed, so I’m stuck with a bag that doesn’t do what it claims.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend this bag to anyone looking for actual security while traveling.
