After doing research on all the different drones, I choose the Aultel evo. One of the easiest to use.

I think this is a superior option to the Mavic 2. It's on par with my Phantom 4 pro, but has a better interface/app. I haven't used 'intelligent flight modes' on any of my drones. The rugged bundle is great! Room for 4 batteries, charger, usb cables, tablet, etc in a hard case is awesome. It's something that stays packed, and is my go-to for any job.

Drone is easy to fly after a year of regular use my camera is no longer functioning properly ( blurry and out of focus) currently working with support to see if they are going to fix it and if is cover under the warranty.

I bought this drone to just to try something else different from DJI drones. Man!! i was so disappointing. Straight out the box it felt cheaply made. It feels like cheap plastic. The pictures are straight up horrible. The pictures fall below the mavic mini. for a 1000+ price point i expected better. On the positive side the flight is very stable, the drone handles well even in strong winds. I had to return this immediately.

Nice, but it’s not take off ready! I’m struggling on the way up. Understand I’m new to drones so this may be a learning curve. But it’s more difficult than I thought

This aircraft flies extremely well and is a good bargain if you get the camera to work. I returned the purchase because I could not get the the camera to work. The memory card would not format so the aircraft did not see the camera. Autel wanted me to ship it back to them for repair. Not a good option. If they had offered to just replace it I would have accepted.

I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend this product to others and am happy with Best Buys in their processing and support on my order.

Compared to DJI this is hands down the winner. But it now.

Works great! Make sure you update firmware before flying.

I love it I am still figuring it out I am a newb, and have many kids that distract me but a fist time drone is awesome.

Bought this as a gift for my grandfather. He loves it. Love that the controller has a screen to view the camera.

It's only a month since I owned it . I am looking forward for great adventure ahead.

I sold my Mavic zoom and switched to the Evo. Now I’m thinking about getting a Evo to also.

Great for roof inspections. The digital zoom is an added bonus!!

Super drone,amazing response, distance is great...

GPS system is faulty. It will fly off on its own and crash. Repairs are not cheap. Sent back to Autel for repair. They charged $350.00 to repair and it came back with faulty sensors. It will only fly now with the sensors off. Expensive piece of junk, stay away.. Only positive is that it is very easy to fly.

The protection plan for the Autel Evo drone with Best Buy is horrible. If something goes wrong with the drone and you return it, the store will tell you the drone CANNOT be repaired. They will give you a store credit or exchange It, but you automatically will lose out on the $400 plus dollars you spent on the protection plan, they will not carry that plan to another drone. Bottom line don't get the protection plan it's not worth it.

Battery charger defective frying my optional battery hub in less than 15 minutes. I ordered a replacement charger from Amazon and exchanged battery hub at Best Buy which required a manager. Looking forward to my first flight in the next few days.
