The drone was easy to set up and get started. The batteries last about 20 minutes. Home feature worked well. Easy to fly. Only negative was that the controller kept disconnecting due to being out of range. Longest range I got was about 900 feet. Returned it for DJI Phantom 4 Pro. But, overall, good drone for the price. Shot good video.

I liked the product but was easily damageable. I barely let it hit the ground and popped the plastic out. The battery wasn't great as well. I enjoyed it but the range and battery isn't quite up to par to phantom 3 or 4.

Took to a popular spot here in the local area where I've seen many others have flown drones such as this. I could not get it to orient to pick the satellites. Note, this was on a cloud less day. It also said that there was magnetic interference. This was in a field and I had no metal on me. Not sure that I will try another one of these as maybe this was a lemon. Took it back the next day. Great customer service at my home store!!!

Cons: In comparison with my previous drone, 3DR Solo, my expectations on the Autel X Star Premium were not met. The first thing that disappointed me was when it hovered in the air. It does not take a stable position quick enough and it takes just too long to return home and land (which may not be the situation always). Lastly, the LED lights on the aircraft may get too bright during flight and alter the quality of the video being recorded. Pros: At upto 150 degrees/s, the yaw speed on this drone is unbelievable. It does come in very handy. The camera's aperture adjustment is top class on this drone as compared to the hero 3+ black on my 3DR Solo. The flight time is almost like any others in this class.

Purchased for grandsons. Easy to read directions. Found item to be all that was advertized. Use to use for younger flyer. Price point was very good. Staff was great in answering all my questions about the item. Charging ite was wuick and easy. Very happy eith yhe purchase of it

I bought this particular quad on a spur of the moment because my other quad was in for repairs. I found this quad to be a little more difficult to control and swayed a lot more than what I am used to. The controller seems to be easy to use, just take the few minutes to review everything before you fly, just like any new quad brand.

Worked for a couple of days then failed. Must have been the GPS sensor because while sitting on flat ground, it showed that it was moving between 30-40 mph. Had to return it.

All reviews are really good and customer service is supposed to be great. Haven't had a chance to really play with it yet, will update post later.

The Phantom series spoiled me, this done is cool but not nearly as responsive or fast
