The aircraft was ok. I had it for a few months then the worst thing happened . I lost control of it one night the drone responded when i wanted it to go back but it was going so slow. It did not respondnto the controller until it ran out of battery in midair and i saw it dropped about 150 feet high . I thought the drone will auto land at a certain point if its running out of battery. Autel's customer service was responsive and replaced it when they found out that it was the drone and the smart battery that had a problem. They sent me a refurbished drone as a replcement. I had it the replacement srone for about a month and decided to fly it in a park. The drone went to ATT mode right away. I tried to control it and it still flew away and landed to a very large private property and i was not permitted. I knocked in some doors bit nobody would look for it nor anybody would let me in. I called Autel again and now they would not replace it when its clearly a manufacturing fault . They offered to sell me a refurb drone for $500.... Really?????

This drone is good for the price and you get a hard case with it. However, phantom seems to be more stable.

Sales girl at Best Buy was very professional, and helpful. I did not have my charge card, but she helped me make the purchase in a timely manor without it. Also went back a different date, and purchased an extra battery from the same sales person. It was ordered, and I picked it up in a few days. Very satisfied.
