I can say for the money and customer support, this is the best of the best. What more do I need to say, spend the money, this is a proven and high tech drone for all your needs.

LOVE THE ORANGE COLOR, EASY TO SEE IN THE SKY. IMAGES VERY SHARP AND THE DRONE IS VERY AFFORDABLE. I DID EXTENSIVE RESEARCH BEFORE MY PURCHASE AND FOUND THAT THIS PARTICULAR DRONE DOES AMAZING PHOTOS AND VIDEOS. EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY REAL ESTATE NEEDS. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE EASY DIRECTIONS AND START UP PROCESS. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH MY PURCHASE. NO NEED TO SPEND COUPLE THOUSAND WHEN THIS DOES IT ALL AND MORE.

This drone package was well thought out. Starting with the included hard case that holds everything securely in place. The drone is easy to fly in beginner mode, camera quality is fantastic, screen software is intuitive. The drone is not cheap but the quality is there. The orange color makes it easy to see while flying.

This unit is really nice - no problems with it, except battery died after a few months BUT customer service replaced free of charge to my doorstep. thumbs up.

This is my first drone so I can't really compare it with any other drone. What I can say is that this is a great drone. I love the camera. It takes very good pictures and great quality video. The Drone is easy to fly even if this is your first time flying a drone. If you're thinking about buying a drone I highly recommend doing research and definitely look into Autel Robotics. Great company

Everything about it is Excellent. Video couldn't be more stable. Flies flawlessly. well worth the money.

The x star premium is a great product. Their customer service is superb which is one of the main reasons I purchased this over a phantom from others reviews. Has all the features of phantom. It is very reliable, have crashed several times and haven't even broken a prop. One thing I noticed is that if you try to land manually the quad will flip itself and damage the props, so I just use the auto land feature. Great quality pictures and video. Very easy to fly. Works best in wide open areas.

Really enjoy this drone. I have just started using drones and it is easy to use. The salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Love my orange pumpkin, it is easy to fly and the pictures and videos are outstanding. Haven't pushed the range test or daring flights such as over water shots yet. But overall very pleased with my purchase and the professional help from the Best Buy agent that helped me

This drone is great, especially for the price. It has a camera that compares with drones almost twice the price! Recent firmware updates have dealt with many of it's only issues, but it was already a great drone. I'm very happy with this purchase and it was worth every penny!

The Drone is very easy to assemble, fly, load and operate the application. The propellers are easy to ad and remove with a very durable storage carrying case. WITH the auto takeoff and auto land and simple fight control it doesn't get any easier. Al so the camera does wonderful clear and stay motion and still photos. Great bang for your buck.

Love this drone. Its more affordable and better performing than the DJI. It's also made in america with great customer support.

I typically don't do reviews but I felt compelled this time. I Love it. My first drone. I put it on "beginner mode" for the first flight. After that I felt like an expert. That's how easy it is to fly...and the videos look professional. Oh, and that orange definitely makes it stand out from the rest. I wouldn't consider a different model.

This is one of the easiest to learn for someone just beginning. Its as easy as plug and play and for any questions you have customer service that's unlike anybody else. I enjoy mine very much and can't get enough of it that's why I had to get an extra battery when having fun 25 mins goes fast I wanted to stay in the air longer

Professional Camera drones cost over $5000. This drone isn't for making Hollywood movies but if your looking for a drone to make incredible Arial photos and video, look no further. Better made than the other guys drones and Autel customer service is simply incredible. The avionics are fantastic and the Sony sensor that the camera uses assures terrific photos from 400 feet in the air. This drone needs to be registered with the FAA and they don't want you flying over 400 feet without special permission. The drone has over a mile range but if you get the special permission from the FAA this bird can fly a mile high. Please don't attempt this without talking to you local Air Traffic Control tower because you could collide with a manned aircraft. Responsible drone owners sure don't want to harm anyone so if you buy this drone, please keep your altitude to 400 feet. or less. The shots are amazing at 400 feet but the best photos are generally taken between 150 and 200 feet above the subject. There is not a better drone in this price range available anywhere in the world right now. This is not a toy. Fly responsibly and Happy Flying...

For the price this drone has everything your really must have in a drone. Exceptional camera, easy to use controls, great app. This really does have the features you must have on a drone. Might not have all the bells and whistles, but everything you need to fly, film, create, and have fun is on board.

This is my second multi rotor, I bought a less expensive on to learn on.I did lots of research, over a year or two.I would have to say that Autel has great coustomer service and they put a lot of thought in to the product.

After looking at ALOT of drones and reviews, I found Autel to be the best value for the money. Great camera, Easy to fly, and pick up some extra Batteries from Best Buy. They have the best price I found.

The XSP is very intuitive and easy to begin flying. The beginner mode doesn't allow for it to get too far nor too high out of sight. The remote and app are very well designed. Customer service is excellent and quick to help resolve issues. Definitely on par with the DJI Phantom 3 Pro if not better.
