with this Microphone and using the auto set in the pioneer head unit the trimming and phase is is perfectly set. Almost had it set myself by ear but this way is more accurate and much less time consuming. Only works on Pioneer decks with Time alignment built in.

This microphone was use for my Pioneer car stereo and did the job.

This mic was recommended by BestBuy website while purchasing my Pioneer in dash car stereo, so I bought it trusting this recommendation, resulting that the plug in is not compatible with the car stereo I purchased. I will not trust this recommendations again.

This mic has worked great for me for nearly 10 years. Obviously I’ve only used it a few times though. I love that the threads on the bottom let me set the mic on my tripod, in my preferred seat at approximate ear height. Plenty of wire for almost any home/car audio calibration. I recently snapped the cable on mine and when I saw the bad reviews I had to chime in. These other reviewers are obviously using the microphone for the wrong application.
