So first off, let me start out by saying I am a HUGE zombie fan. If you say you love zombie films and claim to have seen lots of indies, then this film will blow you away. They made this for NO MONEY and it looks better than most million dollar productions. Yes the camera is a bit jerky but if you listen to the commentary you really get the whole story on why that is. I personally loved this movie on so many levels. The acting was okay, ive seen much worse but the gore and fx were AMAZING! I can't stress enough how cool these death scenes are. The Directing was right up my alley. The film felt like an 80s horror film and I loved evry second. Steven C Miller will probably be the next sam raimi or peter jackson. He has moments in this film that are so epic. I don't know how they pulled so much off with no money. Finally the ending.. yeah i was a little mad at the end, but then I thought about it and actually I dig it now. Almost back to the future feeling. Overall this film will make any gore hound happy and if you aren't into, im gonna say you aren't a horror fan.

This movie was great for an independent film! My wife and I loved it! If you're a zombie lover like us, I think you'll like this movie. It's fast paced with plenty of gore. (What else do you need?) I highly recommend it! Also, some of my personal zombie (or zombie-like) favorites are Quarantine, Dawn of the Dead (old and new), 28 Days and 28 Weeks Later, and Perkins 14.

On the sleeve for this dvd it quotes bloodydisgusting.com "one of the best zomibe films in decades" and moviethunder.com "a completely brutal gore fest that shockingly redefines the zombie genre." Both lies. I can understand a low budget independent horror film might be lacking in effects and good actors - but this really brings the zombie genre to a new low. This film is a piece of ****. I love zombie movies and have seen several bad and several good. This is one of the worst in recent memory. I took a chance and bought this **** of a film by judging the art on its cover and the previously mentioned quotes. It does not deserve a place in my movie collection. Never again will i buy a dvd before renting it...ever.

Zombies movies are on top of my list then other scary movies, this movie is very gory. I one thing is the end of the movie is bad, i like to know what happens. One of my friends loves gory movies and he loved it. Great movie.

What type of zombies allow simple wood doors to halt their onslaught? Being splattered with the blood of zombies does not infect potential victims. I've seen more missed cues than during the presidential campaign. Like the bridge to nowhere, this was a movie to nowhere.
