This is perfect for my 1-bed apartment. I don't have to constantly go out to a watermill and refill gallons of water. It connects straight to your faucet or fridge, if compatible. It does make a small whir noise when it starts up to cool water. Its settings are hot (scalding hot), cool (a small, slow drip), and cold (can run out if you use it up quickly). Set-up took about 45 minutes, but it was pretty simple. You do have to replace the filters every 6 months. The light is very small but looks nice. It is connected to our tap water, and there is no strong taste, which I am pretty impressed with. Overall I am content with my purchase because it saves me from buying water bottles.

It does the work as described, Easy to install. First Install make a noise but it goes away after few hours. Water taste really good.

Needed a new water cooler/hot water dispenser so we ordered this one. Functions great BUT be aware that it will NOT fit under a standard cabinet height (18in.)! Had to raise wall cabinet 3 inches. Yes I said raise the cabinet three inches. Fortunately it was a stand alone cabinet so it doesn't look terrible.

No more hassle and back pain! Living on the second floor apartment has been a challenge for my husband and I carrying cases of water and or big gallons of water bottle for our big and bulky water dispenser. We are saving time, our back and the planet. At least lasting us a year. We love it!!!

This product provides fresh water all the time and was easily installed.

We couldn't even use it because it does not fit on our countertop underneath cabinets. Standard cabinet height is 18" while the unit is 19", so it's not standard countertop height.

The water dispenser is functioning excellent.Am in enjoying it.

This cooler has given us a lot of problem. Water never gets cold!

I had to return this item. I kept trouble shooting it and no matter what I did it continued to leak.
