This is a great product, save for one small detail... I wish the cold water was actually COLD! The last water cooler i had was amzing when it came to temperature of the water that it dispensed. If you had the ability to set the temp lower this would be a 5 star product.

Works great and easy to change the water due to it being under loading.

Ordered this on line and it took e days to arrive. Very Happy with it. Hot water could be a little hotter, but works very good for coffee. Easy to use and the empty water bottle light lets you know when to replace jug.

Broke after 2 years not worth the investment. Best buy Total doesn't cover this item apparently under their protection Agent made me take item into store to get fixed where I was told that they do not fix these. Told me I can return it. Went to return it they told me this item never had warranty even though I had Best Buy Total. Called to complain about the issue since agent wasted my time and made me take off work to go to store and do the return. Nothing came out of no compensation no nothing. I think it's time to cancel that best buy total membership. I thought you get better customer service but it sounds like it's went down hill the last few years. Really disappointed with best buy on that one because I know what they are capable of.

I love this water cooler! It is easy to load from the bottom. I was concerned a about getting a top load water cooler because I would have problems lifting the bottle to put it on. This model is perfect for me!!!

Item color is not accurate! Picture describes a Silver Color, but you'll get an All Black one instead. Returned to store, hoping to get the right color as described but no luck...got sent another Black one. Really disappointed!

This is the best water cooler/heater AROUND!! I love it! I’ve had many different types of them, and none live up to this one!! It’s awesome! The best part, or one of the best parts?! Is the ozone cleaner that is actually INSIDE the machine already! It comes with an ozone cleaner built in! No more worrying about dirty lines etc. I use the automatic cleaner (about 45 mins it takes to finish! give or take) and all with just the push of a button! This thing is IT!!

All plastic, not stainless steel as advertised. Arrived broken out of the box. The door hinge snapped off before unpacking. WAY too expensive for an all plastic water dispenser. Do not recommend you spend anything more than $100 for this.

So far, this works very nicely. It fills containers quickly and I like the special features it has. I also like that it has you load the bottles in the bottom.

My most used appliance and I love it. Nice to have cold and hot water on demand

I just bought this product and it doesn't cool the water. someone who can tell me or give me support. cold water doesn't work

Purchased this dispenser online, picked it up yesterday, brought home, unpacked, installed and... Unit looks excellent, well built, packed in the double box, stainless steel surfaces protected with thick film. So every function is working well except the main one - cooling water. In my case the process of cooling water doesn't stop, as it supposed to stop in couple of minutes. It keeps going on for hours until the unit gets really hot and I believe at some point there is the risk of fire. I had to turn it off. Avalon suggests not to return it to the place of purchased I have written them email but they conveniently do not answer any emails on weekends so I'm here without cold water and without my money with dead water dispenser in my kitchen. I will edit this review as soon as Avalon will answer.
