Overall a good water cooler ben using for a year and it has no problems

My wife and I purchased the Avalon-A1 Top Loading Bottled Water Cooler, because my wife was worried about the quality the water in our home and are very happy with our selection and recommend it for anyone who feels the sane,

I had replaced this item twice and it's currently being replaced for the third time. First issue was the bottom being uneven, which I believe came from shipping and not the product itself. Replaced for another. Second issue was the cold water, hot water worked perfectly fine, but the cold was at room temperature. Left machine on for 3 days and nothing. The cold remained the same. I went back to Bestbuy and swapped for a replacement hoping third is the charm, right? I haven't received it yet, it's in transit. But I will be on here for a final review.

It makes it easier for me to get better tasting water and has come in handy when we entertain.

Love This with daily uses, you can shutdown rear hot switch for avoid accident with you children

The machine is excellent. Is just what I was looking for. I have cold and hot water all the time. Is just perfect.

Nice water cooler! Easy to use and the water is very cold.

I purchased this water cooler and was excited about having one in our home. I liked that it had a safety feature on the hot water dispensing side so small children would not injure themselves. Then at the two month mark, the hot water tap developed a small continuous leak. It would slowly drip and fill the catch basin and eventually get water all over the floor. We put a cup under it to give more time while we were sleeping. Then at Christmas, it just broke loose and sent the entire bottle of water (hot water) out onto the floor. The safety feature failed and did not work. The leak was on the hot water side. Fortunately we do not have any children living at home. I decided to take this out and throw it in the trash. I won't purchase an Avalon water cooler again.

Had an older unit go out on us and this one works perfect.

Cleaned the cooler a number of times but water still has a mildew taste. Spend a bit more and get better quality.

It has recently begun putting out about 1/3 of cold water; it appears to be clogging.

I love love love this water cooler. Its working beautifully and efficiently. Its sleek design is earning me alot of compliments! I will definitely be recommending

Great cooler for gym and office use. I have it in gym next to office can get water for workouts or tea/coffee for office.
