all is right, cold water, hot water, room temperature,,, water tastes good coming out,,, it's a little pricey but in the long run its worth it.

I’ve had this for over 2 years. It hasn’t leaked, keeps water cold, and the straw is high quality metal that is bent in a way that it gets almost all of the water out of the bottle. What more could you ask for? I will say it gets a little loud sometimes but that is such a minor gripe imo

Easy to set up. Looks great in the kitchen. The water is nice and cold ,tastes great. I did clean the inside of the unit before using because there was a slight smell of plastic.

Very disappointed with the Avalon A3 Bottom-Loading Cooler. I purchased it in 2023 and it never really worked right since I owned it. The Room Temp button at times wouldn't work. I contacted Customer Service and they had me pull the top off and do some "fixing" and then it worked for a while. The Empty Bottle notice would sometimes work, sometimes not. Here we are two years and a couple of months later and no water is dispensing at all. I did my due diligence and cleaned it as suggested in the manual. I'm done. I'm now looking for another cooler and another brand.

I live my new water dispenser! This product is great, delivers superb performance, easy bottom load feature, and delivers Cool, Cold, and Hot options that works great!

Works well. Buttons are great especially options to turn off hot and/or cold water. Night light button a bonus. No Problems so far.

Product easy to set-up. Very quiet when the pump operates, and sucks water from the bottle. The night light is handy. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I wanted a fancy water machine for our home gym. This was definitely not the cheapest option out there, but I looked real sharp. So far it has worked perfectly. We’ve gone through three bottles of water. The only thing that it was missing was a pre-installed cup dispenser, which I had to buy separately. (just got a magnetic one for 30 bucks.) so far so good, would recommend.

We have had this unit since october of last yr. It has worked flawlessly so far. The face plate on the unit was dented when it arrived, but I called avalon customer service, and they sent out a new one and I replaced it no problem. I like cold water so this is nice. I wish it was a little bit colder though.

I like that it has two switches in the back to turn hot and cold water on and off. During winters i dont need the cold water feature so i can save money in electricty. I also dont drink coffee so i dont need hot water always on but if i ever have visit over that does i can simply turn it on.

Bought the black one. The design is awesome. Self cleaning is easy to do. It’s very light to carry.

I've had this for about 5 months now. My family goes through 5-6 five gallon jogs per week. So far this has worked well. The cold is cold, the hot is hot. Ozone cleaning seems to work. No funky tastes have materialized. I'd buy it again at this point. Looks nice.
