We're on a well with iron rich water, but this delivers the best water I've had. It's in my music studio, singers love the Hot, Cool, Cold options. My friend will walk from the main house out to the studio to get the best water.

Within 3 months of use, one stopped working. I called Avalon with no help. I contacted Best Buy and was told: "I am sorry, but there is nothing we can do"!!! I feel deceived. How is it possible that bed product and customer service!!! One star to Best Buy and one star to Avalon product and customer service. So disappointed.

Horrible Product

Outside box was perfect, so definitely a manufacturer issue. Company offered no replacement and had to drive to return it myself after having it delivered.

It was so easy to install with the provided connectors. I did not need any plumbing experience. Installation took me about 15 minutes and I was done! The device looks very clean and sleak, perfect for my showroom where I set it up. And best of all the water tastes great with the double filter that comes with it. I highly recommend this!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have this exact Avalon water dispenser. It looks sharp and worked great for 3 years while it lasted. The unit recently stop making cold water. Now im stuck with drinking warm water in the blazing hot CA summer. There seems to be no solution to this problem online or anywhere and the warranty is only 1 year. They will just tell you to buy a new unit. My old Primo dispenser lasted me at least 6 years before the same problem occurred. For $245 this unit should last more than 3 years. Will not buy from Avalon again.
