Is NOT compatible with Catalina OS even though it says it is. AND Refunds are not given to Digital download purchases, although I am pressing on with that!! I will never buy another digital download from Best Buy.

I purchased the Hallmark Card Studio for Mac as a digital download. I received the email with instructions on how to access the download. I was instructed to login to the digital library. I followed the instructions but I got an error message. I contacted the support team. They advised me to try a different browser. I attempted to use the digital library to download the product using three different browsers. No luck. It took many calls and online chats with support staff before I finally got my money back. I recommend you don’t buy it.

It is for Mac and it would not work for an Apple laptop even called for support
