Avatar is my #1 Favorite Move of All Time. I Love Everything about it, Except for Col. Quaritch. He's a Heartless Savage. He say's the Indigenous people are Savages...Not True. He's the Savage in this movie. Him & Parker both are, but Quaritch is Worse. Can't Stand that Heartless Creep. He acts like he has Every right to be on Pandora, all for something he wants. He has NO Right to be on that planet. He acts like the Na'vi are in the Wrong for protecting & fighting for what is Rightfully theirs. That is Wrong. That makes me Very Mad. I'm happy with the Ending though. From beginning to ending, the movie was Awesome! :)

My husband is NOT a Sci Fi fan - he LOVED it! I was shocked; he did not pick up a book or mag., did not leave the room and did not fall asleep. He was focused on the movie!!! We watched with our daughter and grandchild and it was wonderful quality time. I LOVE that Avatar did that for us. The plot/message was interesting and timely, actors were great and realistic, and computer animatiion was superb! The colors and the imagination of director, artists and graphic designes cannot be praised enough. I recommend this movie to anyone who has a creative imagination and cares about our environment. The environmental message is clear and tugs at the heart; it shows the link between us and our environment is indelible.

This movie blew me away. I watched it on a big screen TV with 5.1 surround and it was awesome! I don't want to give away too much but for me, it had a great message behind it about nature & how everything is somehow connected. It reminded me of our rain forests & the indigenous people that live there & how they don’t need technology to live. It also reminded me of our American Indians & how they were connection with nature & animals. You must watch it! It will take you away to another world & you'll realize how we've become detached from nature & how dependant we are on electronics.

This movie is absolutely captivating. The volume is good but it sound amazing with good sourround sound. The story line is fun and entertaining for all ages. Every time we watch it we wish it could keep going. But there is some very noticeable language that is not good for young ears- I wish there was a version of the same movie out without the language since our 3 year old absolutely loves the video.

great storyline. My granddaughter is in a wheelchair and wants a blue body like Jake Sully. She watches it everyday, best special effects ever, my granddaughter can relate to Jake Sully wanting to run and walk, she has cerebral palsy, people will love this film for different reasons, it should have won the Oscar for best movie! I have recommended this DVD to all my friends and family.

This is an Outstanding movie. The only issue I have is that there are no extra features on the DVD. However, James Cameron justified it by stating the features and extended scenes being released on the Special Edition, which is expected to release this fall. I recommend nothing less then Blue-Ray for Avatar, to fully capture the grand details and immerse yourself in the world.

This movie holds your attention the whole way through. You find yourself rooting for the underdog and praying for an outcome that might have surprised you in the beginning. When watching this movie you need to let go of preconceived notions and just "let yourself go" with the concepts the director is setting out before you. It's a movie you won't forget.

I pre-ordered it from Bestbuy.com. And the day it came out, I received the email telling me it was ready for pick-up. I waited behind one person that got there the same time as me, and still walked out in less than 5 minutes!!!!! Awesome service, quick and no hassels.

Great first buy from Best Buy. I wanted the movie and found the price was wonderful and once the movie was in it shipped in record time. I will buy from here again and couldn't have asked for anything better. Will make sure to tell all to buy from Best Buy. Great!!!

This was a Very good movie on dvd. I purchased it because I saw it at the Theatres. When I purchased it I thought it would be in 3-D but it was not. Thats the real reason I purchased it. Wanted to see it in 3-D at home. But all iln all it was still a great movie.

I haven't seen a Sci-Fi movie that I could even compare this with. The special effects were mind boggling ~ yet there was a true story line that could be followed. My parents, who are close to 80, truly enjoyed the movie. That in and of its' self says alot!!!!!

I hadn't plan to even see the movie, BUT so glad I did, was the best I had seen since GWTW, that puts me in my 50's and I enjoyed it so much pre=ordered the dvd. It is a must see but a must see on a bigger screen, reg. tv of 32 and smaller does not do it justice

What can be written that hasn't already? It is the best modern movie, certainly the best of this century so far. It does set the stage for some amazing things to happen. Someone, somewhere is writing the movie that will beat it...but that's gonna take a while!

Avatar. I was taken back by the story content, the acting, images and color. Never saw a movie so great and that's to include Titanic. Going to be hard for Jim to top this magic movie. Hope there's a sequel. The price was much less than I thought. Fantastic.

I rarely buy movies (dvds) as i only watch them once. the subject, and the special effects on this movie (AVATAR) was soooo amazing I had to have it. My grandchildren have watched it 4 times...and my husband twice (never heard of b4). So....it's a good buy.

My friends couldn’t believe the price I paid and I was even able to use my rewards points, which made it better. It would have been nice to have a designed line for quick pick up instead of waiting in line with returns and complaints.

I love the movie Avatar. It has great scenery, good story line, great characters, and is very fun. It invokes a range of emotion from being happy to being angry at the injustice to being sad at the destruction of nature and "people".

I pre-ordered that movie and it arrived on the date promised. It was an easy check out process as well. The movie was well made, the graphics are amazing, even in 2-D. The story line held my interest from the begining until the end.

I saw this movie 4 times in the theater, in 3D. I loved the cinematography. It was beautiful. Dances with Wolves in space. Was a great story and beautifully done. Exceptional cast and acting. You get lost in the movie.

IT IS QUITE DISCERNABLE HOW THIS SAGA EARNED THE ACCOLADES IT ACCORDED. THE PLOT INCLUDED MULTIPLE THEMES WITH OUTSTANDING SPECIAL EFFECTS THROUGHOUT. A PLEASURE TO VIEW MANY TIMES WITHOUT ANY LOSS OF INTEREST.
