Great deal on the clearance item. The bike was easy to assemble, but the battery was dead. Talked to Aventon, and they sent me a new battery that came 10 days later. I was in no rush. The ride is nice, the bike is lightweight. 250 mi in 2 months so far!

I have almost a year with it, and let me tell you, this is the best investment I've had. With my pedal assistant, I get 100 miles. It is so reliable, I'm delighted with my Aventon Soltera 7.

I love the Soltera... Perfect mixed between a modern bike and e-bike.

Great pickup and go, maintains long battery lofe even at full throttle with no pedal assistance. Would recommend.

Pros - - Easy to assemble, all parts and tools included - Long battery life, easy to charge Cons - - Bike seat is a racing style, not comfortable for long distances - Tires are thin road tires, not great for some streets - Tire tubes needed to be changed out after the first week due to the road conditions

Read a couple of reviews about people having issues with the battery out of the box. I thought they might have gotten a bad apple out of the bunch. After assembling the bike, I plugged it in, and of course, the battery didn't charge. Spending $1200 on an electric bike is a pretty good deal, but without a working battery, this bike is fine, but not stellar. Probably would be worth closer to $400 without electrification. The gears work but don't feel the greatest, and the wheels occasionally make some odd rattling sounds. I've contacted Aventon customer service to get a replacement battery and I will update my review whenever it arrives.

Bike delivers around 30 miles per charge. Great fit and finish. Easy assembly

I purchased this bike ten days ago looking forward to getting out for the warm weather coming up. After assembling the bike and charging the battery I discovered the battery that came with the brand new bike didnt work. I reached out to their customer support who were able to order me a new battery after I sent them documentation of the purchase as well as a video of the battery not turning on and the serial number of the bike. I received the email the next day that the new battery had been ordered and that was the last I heard of it. I havent seen anything indicating that the replacement battery has shipped but when I went onto their website it states that the expected ship date for one ordered today is June 21. The bike looks really nice and I am excited to get to use it, I just wish that could have happened as planned if everything worked. For now I am stuck waiting two and a half months to find out if the new battery I receive ends up working. I thought about returning it and purchasing a different one so I could have used it when I was hoping, but there is a 15% restock fee since the package was opened so it would have cost me $170 to return a defective product...

had the bike for one year. Still happy with this bike. The battery is working well. I used this bike for commute everyday. About 10 mile everyday. It has been handling the hot hawaii weather amazingly. You should get a fender when you are riding in a rainy day. I took care of my bike. I only Kept them indoor. I feel like I can still sell it for a good price, if I ever wanted to sell them. I also bought a very nice Segway scooter in the same year. Eventually I realized an E-bike just makes more sense, when it comes to daily commute.

This is a good affordable and light weight e-bike. When I got the bike the battery was dead. Aventon sent me a new battery with no hassle.

I love everything about this bike except for the headlight - its not working. Called Bestbuy they said they can't do anything about it, they said I need to contact Aventon directly, so that's a bummer!

Bike rides smooth, easy to handle, and keep angood charge over time. I was hesitant about the range and being able to handle the bike but all is well once I got on it and started riding.

Nice ebike, battery was dead when purchased. Could have been better if Aventon had recall program if the battery was in inventory for longtime and battery died.

Structural problems with the battery. Learned the hard way how awful bestbuy customer service on the phone is. Had two bikes not work due to the battery. Has to be a fundamental problem with this bike. Aventon customer service also terrible. No help. Rude. Will never shop at bestbuy again bc of this terrible awful bike. Avoid at all cost any aventon product.

i buy this bike 2 times , 1st time my bicycle battery is not getting charged, the bad thing is i assembled my bike my self so i have request a replacement and de-assembled a bike , pack it and return it to best buy and then i picked my bike again and again i got the same battery issue and now i m for 26 December to return the bike and this is so bad , i have a request to aventon and best buy that please don't do that kind of stuff because i dont have father and im working for my family so please work on issue and stop sending wrong stuff

Love this bike. Smooth, fast & fun. Great for everyday rides & commutes.

Really easy to put together using Youtube video. It is a beautiful bike with integrated lighting and a detachable battery. The gear shift is a twist and I don't like that as much. Personal preference. It is a small battery and does not last for longer rides or into the mountains when I rely on it a great deal. It is a great bike for the price point. It has all that you need to get on the road right out of the box.

After running around to 2 different Best Buy’s because they said they had one in stock and didn’t, “inventory error” I finally got a bike, after assembly tho I plugged in the battery to charge and if you can imagine it won’t charge, after calling Aventon costumer support they told me to leave it plugged up for 12 hours to see if it will charge, no it doesn’t so now I’m waiting to see if I can get a new battery, seems after they get your money they don’t really care about you.

The bike arrived Dead on Arrival. Best buy was willing to return and replace the item with a pick up on deliver. I tried reaching out to Aventon to get a replacement battery since that seems like an issue with all these bikes. The bike is gorgeous but unfortunately I havent been able to use it yet. I will wait until the return window to see if I can request a replacement if the battery replacement doesnt work out. Looks like a great bike but has issues with the battery.

I really wanted to like this bike. It's aesthetically beautiful and very sleek. However, I can't help but give this a 1 star review due to receiving it and having the battery be DOA three times. The first order was for two of these, both arrived DOA. I exchanged one and my wife refunded hers. When my exchanged bike arrived, it also had a DOA battery. At this point, I had given up.
