This was easy to install and included a helpful tutorial that explained the use of all the programs.

Tried to install on my main computer. It took 3 hours finally worked. Tried to install with zen to my other computers never worked right had to do a full restore on my lap top. It install things I could not uninstall. Messed the other lap top up also. Luckily was able to uninstall. My main computer started acting up with this after all the hassel with the other two I returned it.

What can I say? Excellent product. Excellent service (as usual).

Purchased product in July. Worked with technicians 4 different times to get software loaded and running on computer properly -- failed. Notified AVG to get reimbursed for purchase and return of software. Emailed AVG 4 more times to get this resolved. I am still waiting for an answer & to get reimbursed for my purchase...it's now October -- ridiculous!

Installing this program was the first hurdle on a long journey of aggravation and disappointments. There was no install disk, a paper with a code was in the $80-$90 box I had purchased. Call me old school or antiquated but I think a cd should be in the antivirus box. What if a virus was on the computer that wouldn't allow you to go online? Next you go to the AVG website and enter the code, on my computer the website looked like a scam. I ended up calling the tech support number provided and got to speak to a lovely condescending fellow who was supper helpful talking over me. After about thirty to forty minutes of back and forth aggravation we got the program installed. I ran the program but to no avail, the ad virus was still on the computer. Literally the ONLY reason I bought the program in the first place was to rid myself of this nasty little virus. With a little Google Fu I found how to exterminate the virus from the computer WITHOUT needing an antivirus program. I will say that I haven't had another virus in the computer since I installed this AVG product. Another thing I found useful is you can install the program on your phone. Norton was my go to virus program and I strayed away. Never again.

Compared to most other options this one has a quick install and does not slow your computer as much as Norton.

This is a great computer for my son. It has everything he needs! I love the sleekness and the functionality.

it stays on top of things. really love it, I told all my familt about it. will buy again next year.

Replaced my security software (AKA Norton out, AVG in). Much better product.

It slowed my system but seems to be learning and getting faster. Not sure about it.

I owned Norton for a while and have cone to like AVg more than norton.

I've bought to and will never buy another.... not user friendly at all then they won't even return or trade out .....

I'm glad I bought this product is better than Norton.It remove all my spam and all the bugs and it clean my computer.
