I take my kids for diiferent programs over the weekends and some rehearsals are really long and in places with no TV or WiFi access. I got this from Best Buy to watch NFL games on the go. Clarity of the screen is amazing and the antenna that came with it is pretty powerful. This unit managed to get all the locally aired channels with minimal disturbance. Attractive design. I believe this is the latest version of axion portable TVs. Audio quality is really good too. Came with all power supplies (car and AC adopter) and a small remote. In built battery lasts for about 1.5 hrs. Also supports some memory cards and USB 2.0. I had to buy a case separately (This unit does not come with a carry on case). I got it for $ 69.99 during a sale period and for that price I think this is a great product.

The digital RF antenna picks up local stations much better than a digital UHF antenna does, at least from my house. So, I can watch local HD stations with no problems. I can watch two football games at once or watch sports when the tv is occupied with no trouble. I haven't had a chance to test the battery or the mobility but as a stationary tv it's great.

I've been looking for a portable television for months. I purchased the Haier brand from Target but quickly returned it. It only caught one channel no matter what area I was in. I searched the internet and found the Axion 8706 and purchased it right away. This portable television did not disappoint me; it is awesome! It's easy to operate and it catches all the local channels and many more very clearly. I like that it has a magnetic antenna but it shows clearly without attaching it to a metal surface. I can watch it while sitting in my lap. If you're looking for a great portable television, this is it. Love it, Love it, Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, the picture is pretty good, when I can get one. Have not been able to get reception for ABC, CBS and NBC all at one sitting. The best and most reliable picture seems to be a kid's channel on Public TV. I can usually get CBS, occasionally ABC and once in a while, NBC. I guess I had too high expectations for a TV operating on just a small antenna. Maybe it will do better when the weather warms and I can get outside on the deck. For now it's just fair.

This tv is worth the price. Think it needs a better antenna to pick up signal better, it does lose signal and has to reestablish when on on the move. But for the price, it is a good tv when away from home. Good picture

I purchased this little tv for myself to have by my computer and I love it. It is easy to use and the picture and sound are excellent. The screen is large enough too---you can see the picture very well unlike a small tv I previously owned (non digital). I can pick up several channels with no problem at all. Thinking about getting another for the dining room. No complaints from me on this purchase.

I work many weekends and do not have a lot of things to do, mostly be there to attend to any problem. As a football fan, I take my new "toy" with me. Due to location, I can only pull in the 3 local channels, but I can watch the games. At home I sometimes take it to the kitchen and pull in more channels...I love this little TV and for the price consider it a great bargain

I bought this unit Feb 5 as a gift for my mom, because she wanted a small tv for the kitchen that she could use from time to time to just have something to watch while she cooked. I bought it as it was cheap and portable and I could easily see that I could put it in a convenient spot away from any appliances and such. Less than a week after purchase the unit simply dies on us. Wont power up at all, worked great when it was workign otherwise, but now is essentially a brick. Will be returning it asap.

The TV is easy to put together, picture are very clear and signal are strong.

I did not like this Portable TV at all, Only a small handful of stations came in and the picture quality was poor. It's a neat concept, except when you have to use the antenna to get any picture. The antenna is a separate wired piece that makes the TV work and is awkward to use if you want to carry it around. In my opinion, the antenna should be built into the TV so it would be easier to use and hold. Steer clear of this product unless they are giving it away.

Tech support is impossible to contact. TV function are very easy to use. Reception are very good. Not able to use cable antenna Can't get tech support help, phone number always busy any time of the day.

I bought this for my daughter because her portable DVD player busted. My husband and I thought that this would be a neat thing we could put videos on for her to watch in the car. It says on the box it will read mp4, but when you put the SD card in with a video in that format it doesn't show up. I even downloaded a converter because I read online you just have to convert it to PSP format. I spent two hours converting a video so I could put it in the stupid TV and have it tell me it was an unsupported file. This thing sucks. I plan to return it today, if not tomorrow and hopefully find something better.

This product exceeded my expectations. It looks and It sounds great. So far the best portable TV I've ever seen.

Could not get this product to function using memory cards or thumb drives outside of reading Jpeg files. Bought it to use on our upcoming move to Germany. When I went back to the store with it to get some support, the geek squad guy told me that this particular device is not worth a flip and I should try a different one. Returned it and haven't looked back.
