Installed in my son's car, they work as intended.

Extremely convenient! Not only spares me from having to reach and change stations etc... while driving, but also saves wear and tear on the buttons/screens. I haven't had any connectivity issues at all.

This is good to keep the function of the steering wheel controls we've gotten used to. It works most of the time, but some times the controls get stuck or freezes up

Needed this to get my new radio and it was cheaper here and it works

the radio for my mini cooper was replaced with a non factory head and the buttons on the steering wheel no longer worked. this add-on was easy to install with help from the internet to give me confidence. it was comparable priced with the internet and made me feel comfortable in case I needed to return it....BUT thankfully, I did not and because it is universal...I can remove it and install on another car if necessary.

This cables came in handy cause now I don't have to be touching the stereo all the time I can just change it from the steering wheel thanks to the cables

this is an essential piece for car stereo installation. It does the job and is not expensive. The installers know what is needed and know how to install. Great job!

I really like being able to control my stereo from the car's steering wheel. This made it possible when I replaced the original stereo.

I don't know what I would do with out it. I was so concerned about getting a new radio till I learned about this. I'm very pleased with it so far so good.

If you're purchasing the pioneer stereo you will need the adapter to maintain your steering wheel controls.

At first it look very confusing but if you go to their website and check the wiring diagram for your vehicle, it is easy as pie

Bought a new radio for my car and didnt want to lose my steering wheel controls. This device was perfect. The site instructions was easy to follow and connecting was simple. Auto connect and my steering wheel start working with no issues. Perfect device.

This item was purchased and works great. I bought this with the install of the Pioneer AVIC-8201NEX.

Got this for my 2003 Grand Cherokee. Install was a breeze- power, ground, and the pink from this to the purple/black wire on my jeep. It auto calibrated and that was it. There is zero lag from my buttons and they all work Excellent product!

Overall, this is a fantastic product and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to buy one, IF you have access to a laptop, desktop, tablet, or android phone capable of downloading their software to install firmware/software updates, and to access some pretty cool features. Instructions were almost perfectly clear, the only extra thing you may need to know is that it may require a firmware update before it works 100% correctly. I was able to wire it up and set the radio in the virtual menu easily, but not all buttons worked. This was fixed when I updated firmware.

Even though my girlfriend doesn't agree, it was well worth the $80 to have my steering wheel controls work.
