I bought this heater in June and left it in the box until today. Now that it is fall, I wanted to use it. It was very difficult to assemble and felt flimsy. Once I got it put together, I plugged it directly into the outlet and it didn't work. There is no issue with the outlet because this same outlet runs my tv. I tried troubleshooting per the instructions and nothing works. Very frustrated.

The element is made by philips and went thru 2 of them in a month. First on was used and broke when arrived (bought from another store, but element is the same) The scond one worked fine for the first day, then worked for about 5 minutes, shut off and will not come back on

Easy setup 8 screws comes with allen wrench took me like 5 min. Just wished it would sit up higher off the ground. We just put two bricks on each sode of rails to keep it off the grass.

Didn’t work properly. Works best if hanged up. Maybe the manufacturer didn’t send proper parts

The heat it’s so bad the light it’s no longer I can’t used for my winter

The heater came damaged. Takes alot to put it together. Terrible! I returned it.

This is amazing! I use this on my patio and it really puts out a lot of heat- it was also easy to put together. I will be purchasing another one since my patio is really big

I like this but I haven't used it enough to see if it works really well. The low setting is really low for my rooftop. I won't return it but need more time with it. It's also larger than I thought so it takes up more space than I was expecting.

The best patio heater that is so perfect for this cold weather in the desert.

this heater has been great on our outside patio. With a tri pod heater and this one on the ground the area is nice and warm for all.
