Requires a full palm grip, cannot use ring and pinkey fingers as a claw type grip comfortably. All mouse buttons are short and responsive, dpi selection is diverse and utilize appropriate levels. The black/plum plating is unique and beautiful, makes the mouse 1up from anything I've seen in its price range. Optic is same color as backlighting, blue-grey. Mouse wheel is positive and wheel click is short and sightly heavier than all other buttons. Weight is appropriate, construction is solid, I doubt it would break when dropped 4 ft. on concrete. Cord is longer than you should ever realistically need; braided. My personal example has a faulty mouse1, it feels as if something's 1/2 mm out of spec and makes double tapping difficult as the return travel feels as if something getting hung up on the mouse wheel shroud other than that works flawlessly. Contacted AZIO support, shipping me a new one whilst I have the original, (convenient considering this is my only mouse) I'll return the old one with prepaid shipping and I will not be charged. You actually e-mail a real person if you ever contact support. 4 stars for minor defect, haven't had mouse long enough to warrant 5 otherwise. Can't realistically see the buttons getting worn out through practical use considering they travel less than 4mm.
