Disappointed and frustrated

What good did that do me. I had to buy another one the week before Christmas to ensure I had one one Christmas morning for my daughter. Which meant another trip back to Best Buy to return it once it arrived. Too many trips to the Best Buy store for items I had to return due to not getting what I wanted.
