Sad but probably true for some actors of the silent film Roaring Twenties era (1920-29) as it transformed into sound. I hope it doesn't happen to actors in the latest roaring twenties in 2023.

They have always been my first choice for buying physical movies, they have a great variety.

Classic Hollywood at it's best. But the reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was a little slow in the beginning to get to the actual story. The acting was good but it just took a while. It is worth taking a lokk at.

I’m reading hollywood babylon right now.this movie was great because all this was worse and true. Love this movie and it all happened before 1954.

Classic Brad Pitt style movie, but with a pulp fiction 1930's theme/plot. Made for adult audiences.

This movie is a great movie overall. It is a bit long in time as movies go (a little over 3 hours) but it does not have any boring time periods as other long movies do. I thought it had great acting and directing. There is a lot of dry type humor also to balance out the movie. In all I think this is a great movie and well worth the 3 hour time length to watch it.

This movie wasn't that great. There's a ton of cursing and nudity in it. The story lacks creativity. I generally love films that deal with filmmaking back during the Golden Age, but this film was pretty lame and all over the place.

I recommend watching this movie but it three hours long.

I like Pitt and I like Robbie. Thought I'd like this movie. But, I just plain didn't like it. In fact, it gave me a headache, and I kept wondering "is this ever going to end?"

Came earlier than expected, package was not damage everything was in tacked. This movie is a love letter to Hollywood and the actors who make magic in movies. It’s got a great story line and grabs your attention from the start.

Decent movie with a lot of extras. I like movies that provide extras of how they made the movie.
