Pretty good picture quality, not too loaded special features but for the price, youre here for the movie. Abel Ferrara delivers again as well as Keitel. Crazy crime film!

A great movie looking into how far someone can fall into their vices and trying to redeem themselves. As the Lieutenant is dealing with cases and crimes committed and trying to figure it out he also is dealing with how own issues. As he also tries to save himself but also be willing to forgive.

The movie is an amazing film that got him the role in "reservoir dogs" it is well acted and the story is very appealing. The blu-ray gives great audio and visual improvements, it is an overall great film I recommend this film to any of my friends.

A lot of people would strongly dislike this film for being so depressing and disturbing. It is very well directed and Keitel depicts a cop whose life is spiraling completely out of control. Excellent film for anyone that wants to feel better about their life. Great movie!

Talk about over the top! Harvey Keitel's performance as the titular Lieutenant is as deep as they come. And while the story is a little sordid, it makes for a interesting tale of redemption!

The film is excellent and Keitel's perfomance is superb. Only comment is I would've have liked if the film had a 5.1 soundtrack especially with it being blu-ray, is in 2.1 (DTS HD i think, but 2.1).

Harvey Keitel's at the top of his game here playing a degenerate cop with some serious behavior problems. It's a very well acted flick worth a viewing if you haven't already seen it.
