I wanted the physical copy more as a collector than anything else. It came with physical balatro card packs that I have not opened, despite wanting to see them all first hand.

The cards it comes with are really fun and the game works great on Nintendo switch with touch or controller.

The gameplay is a mixture of hitting goals through playing high poker hands and augmenting that score through the use of special joker cards. Highly recommend.
