It keeps a very slim profile and is still insanely protective. I've already dropped my phone a few times and it has protected my phone well! This case partnered with a case-friendly glass screen protector is the way to go! It is a beautiful vibrant red color. The back is a nice matte, but you're still able to see the apple logo. (Which I really love) I have always used otterbox defender cases in the past, but no more! I was tired of the bulkiness. The Ballistic Jewel is the way to go!!
