The A1 Mini is honestly just solid. It worked straight out of the box, no messing around. Setup took maybe five minutes and I did everything from my phone, which was way easier than I expected. The app is clean and actually makes sense, so I didn’t have to dig through settings just to start printing. First print came out great with zero adjustments. It’s quiet, fast, and just does what it’s supposed to do. I’ve used other printers where you spend hours tweaking before you even get a decent print. This one just works. For the size and price, it’s kind of perfect if you want something that’s reliable without a big learning curve. I’m seriously impressed.

This is my first 3D printer and I'm blown away at how easy it is. Right after setting it up, it was printing quick and amazing models. The printer has handled practically everything I've thrown at it. The build plate is rather small but for now it's enough for me. An AMS would've also been reallllyyyy convenient. Either way, I love it. Very worth it.

Very simple set up and user friendly. I would highly recommended if you need to print medium to small size models. The software is also very easy to use and provides many community creators.

This is our first 3D printer. My 7 year old son wanted one for a long time. We took him to a local 3d printer lab to get the basics and finally took the plunge with the Bambu mini a1. In short, we couldn't be happier. Printer was easy to setup. We followed the instructions which were pretty straight forward. Took about 20 minutes from unpack to printing. It is not difficult but take your time. The printer came with everything needed to setup and print. It even had a test filament that was white to try. We have printed maybe a dozen items in the first week. Printing is easy for beginners. The bambu printer has an app with a creator community. There are tons of free plans to print. Just search and print compatible items. Super easy. We printed articulated dragons, ps5 controller holders and some dummy action figures. So far only one print failed. The printer levels and tests itself every print and is very solid. Watch youtube videos to learn how to change filament colors. Its not hard but takes some learning. The machine also allows for up to 4 colors prints but you need the additional accessory. For next level you can download bambu labs and build your own or edit existing prints. I haven't dove too far into this but it is early.

Simply Amazing 3d printed parts that look like injection molded parts I have used 3d printers for 12 years - these Bambu Lab 3D printers are simply alien technology I also have a P1P which has over 1000 hrs of print time with 2 print failures- that’s amazing reliability Just started playing with this A1 Mini and so far the speed and print quality is right there with my more expensive P1P - don’t try to print with Carbon the print head made funny noises which cleared up after I ran PLA through it - it’s printing fine now Ohh yea its quiet as a mouse - great for printing next to your work area - my P1P sound like a jet engine

Best. Christmas. Ever. Just ask our 12 year old. Super easy set up, opened up Christmas morning and printed multiple things before noon. We are thrilled and love the quality and endless possiblities.

Wonderful little printer. We all enjoy it. We find something to print daily. So far it works very well, smooth & quality is undeniable. My toddler is always excited to see what is printing & we able to print some cool toys for him. Great value & easy to use, can control from app in your phone.

This printer takes up a very small footprint in your space and the included software helps you start printing as soon as you get the unit setup. My only complaint is not necessarily a bad thing the printer did, but the unit only came with 20g of filament to sample and that isnt really enough for any kind of print, but overnighting filament was a great way to get going and prints have been sharp and detialed to the milimeter. If you consider getting this i’d definitely recommend picking up some filament, calipers, and a deburring tool. These will make your first prints come out much nicer and are a must have in your 3d printing toolbag. Overall great machine for its value and i’m heavily consdiering picking up the matching ams lite unit for multi color prints. Thank you Bambu Labs and Best Buy!

This a great little printer, only needs a little bit of desk space. But still prints as good as the full size a1.

Looking for a 3D printer that can handle your creative projects without taking up too much space. Enter the bambu a1 mini 3D printer. Don't let its compact size fool you—this little machine is a powerhouse when it comes to creating detailed and precise prints. But in all seriousness, this printer is actually freaking awesome. It’s not completely set up list outside of the box, but it is very little honestly as soon as you pull it out, he wants the tutorial video. You’re basically ready to start printing. And you can just use your phone. You don’t have to use a computer or anything. Literally the best printer I’ve ever had.

Took me less than a day to get advanced with the software and extremely convenient. Quality is amazing even using other cheap brand filament. Only downside is you have to buy a completely different nozzle + heatsink if you want to switch sizes. Other hot tips on amazon have a swappable tip and fit in this printer if youre looking to swich to 0.2mm for smaller prints. Recalled for heatbed cable issues but there are fixes on their MakerLab website to help prevent damage to this cable. Ridiculously fast as long as the model you select is optimized. Has a boost mode for 166% print speed and this thing can fly! Really a great bridge into their ecosystem and I would recommend to friends/upgrade someday. Camera quality has been listed as abysmal which is true. No issues with the “poop” wiper and it shoots consistently in one spot. Include bed has zero adhesion issues and i havent cleaned it for a few prints. It is textured so it’ll leave the same imprint on the bottom of models. This is the only plate thats included and others can be found online. Small bedsize but their slicer is great and some online models account for it by splitting them up.

I bought it at Best Buy so if there was a problem, I could easily return it. The A1 mini has been working great since I received it 2 days after my order. I used it as I produced 1,000 fidgets for Operation Christmas Child It really performed,

I bought this for my son’s bday and he loves it. He just turned 10 and he can easily use it by himself. He makes all kinds of stuff from dinosaurs to mechanical hands. I even use it for myself lol I made a remote holder and a phone stand for my desk. You have the option to do your own builds but we haven’t got that far just yet. So we use the app and it has everything. You just click what you want and it sends it to your printer no problem. Sure wish I had this as a kid lol

My 3rd 3D printer, and it is fabulous. Set up is extremely easy, 15 minutes after unboxing you can print, and it prints flawlessly. You cannot beat it at this (pre tariff) price. It is a perfect printer for beginners, and a great addition to your farm for smaller parts. And, it is fast! Love it!

Print quality great. Overall fantastic. Most definitely recommend this to anyone looking to start printing.

I'm brand new to 3D printing, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that I might not use much. The whole thing seemed intimidating, but I heard that this model was good for beginners. And the Black Friday price was affordable enough to give this a try. The Bambu Lab A1 mini truly is as close to plug and play as you're going to get. Assembly took about 15 minutes. I then used the included filament sample to print some items located on the included SD. It's amazing how easy it was, and the quality of the print was great. I then got on Makerworld and found a multitude of great files/projects. I've fallen down the rabbit hole of 3D printing, and I am already itching to get a bigger, enclosed model next Black Friday.

My son had a 3d printer on his Christmas list. It is an awesome little machine. It was a great price. It was very easy to set up. I wish I would have bought the Ams lite with it but it is available for purchase. The Bambu handy app has tons of really cool things that can be made which doesn’t cost extra. It is very easier to select the item he wants made and let it run. We only had 1 malfunction where the machine did not make the arms could have been the program, someone messing with it or the filament. It has a camera on it and you can check on it periodically without having to go look at it. My son was able to run something while we were doing errands. The machine is small, but it does make sizable figurines

Great machine this is my 3rd mini. They hold up as my first kne has 4200 hours. Fast quiet efficient machines

We bought this for our 11 year old daughter for Christmas. She is in love with it! It’s very easy to set up and use and have had no issues. She prints 1-5 items a day in it and loves to create and make things for her friends. She also prints in white and then colors the item with Posca markers. This provides hours of creativity for her and her friends. (My husband and I have printed some as well). It is good for the entire family. Only thing I would advise is to buy the ams lite along with it and make sure to buy your filament on spools for easier production.
