From the moment I set up my Bambu Lab H2S, it was clear this machine was operating on a whole different level. The overall experience feels like the perfect blend of premium engineering, thoughtful design, and pure printing joy. Every print I’ve made so far has come out with clean lines, crisp details, and a level of consistency I’ve rarely seen in a desktop printer.
What I love most is how confidently the H2S handles anything I throw at it. Whether I’m printing small intricate pieces or large, ambitious projects, it moves through each job with smooth, steady precision. The enclosed design and intelligent monitoring make the entire process feel stable and dependable — there’s a real peace of mind knowing the printer is actively looking out for issues and adjusting on the fly. It’s the closest I’ve ever felt to “set it and forget it” in 3D printing.
The print quality has genuinely impressed me. Everything comes off the bed looking sharp and professional, with an accuracy that makes assembling multi-part models incredibly satisfying. Even materials that typically require extra attention print beautifully on this machine. I’ve been able to create functional parts, decorative pieces, and detailed models, all with the same remarkable reliability.
I’m also blown away by how enjoyable the day-to-day use is. The interface is intuitive, responsive, and makes the entire workflow — from preparing a model to watching it come alive — feel effortless. The printer is wonderfully versatile, too. With its modular design and optional add-ons, it easily shifts from high-quality printing to other creative tasks, giving it the feeling of a full workshop in one machine.
What really stands out, though, is the consistency. Print after print, the H2S delivers. Other users talk about the same thing — how smooth, quiet, and reliable it is, even during long or complex jobs. It feels like Bambu designed this printer not just to impress on day one, but to perform flawlessly every single day after.
Owning the H2S has completely elevated my 3D printing experience. It’s fast, dependable, beautifully engineered, and simply enjoyable to use. If you’re looking for a machine that brings professional-level results into your home or workspace, the Bambu Lab H2S is an absolute standout. I couldn’t be happier with mine.

This is my first 3D printer and when I read that Bambu Lab had finally got it right, it wasn’t hype. Ready to go right out of the box. Never expected to be able to print something as big as the D3P riser in my pic. Very pleased and I would highly recommend as a first printer if you want to be productive and not constantly fight to get things working.

I was in the market for a 3D printer after I spoke to a friend that was able to send prints from his phone and get reliable 3D printed items. I was of the mind that if you get into 3D printing, it's a hobby. It's a lot of troubleshooting, trial and error. And I just didn't have the time for that. But when I found out that the Bamboo Labs printers were this easy to use, I was convinced that I had to have one and I don't regret it at all. I wanted something that I can grow into. And I think I made the good decision with the H2D. Although now I kind of wish I got the H2C because I may want to print in multi-color and have less filament waste. But I digress, I'm very happy with my purchase. You can really focus on refining what you're designing or what you're printing, rather than worrying about whether the print job will fail or if you're going to get a bunch of spaghetti. I think that the 3D printing world has matured a lot over the past few years. And it's changed dramatically where the barrier to entry for just a regular person to plug and play a printer is very low and it's easy for everyone. My wife and I genuinely enjoy making gifts and coming up with ideas for 3D printing. And it's running every single night since I got it. It's nonstop, I can't keep up. Now, it's a matter of just buying filament, but I don't regret it because it is a lot of fun and it's really not stressful at all. It's kind of like the Apple of printers. It just works and it's simple. Highly recommend Bamboo Labs, especially their flagship models.

This printer is amazing! It's so easy to use and prints beautiful multi-color prints! The Handy app is also amazing i can watch my prints from anywhere. This is my second 3d printer, but my first Bambu Lab Printer. I'll likely never use another brand again. This printer is way better than my old printer that stayed broken more than it worked. This printer just simply works out of the box! You don't have to open the door or remove the lid to get PLA and PETG to print well. No need to spend hours tweaking settings to get great prints. It's also super quiet. I highly recommend this printer!

This thing is huge and when they say you need two people to lift this, they are not joking. I've been using the H2S for a few months and it has been a very reliable printer with great quality. The best part is that it is extremely quiet, you can barely hear it from another room when the door is closed.

The Bambu Lab H2D completely blew me away! It’s more than just a 3D printer—it’s a full creative studio in one sleek machine. With a massive build volume and dual nozzles, it handles large prints and multi-material projects effortlessly. The print quality is incredibly precise, and the setup was smooth and user-friendly.
What really sets the H2D apart is its versatility. I’ve already used it for 3D printing, laser engraving, and vinyl cutting—all with amazing results. It’s fast, quiet, and packed with smart features like auto bed leveling, filament drying, and excellent safety design.
If you’re serious about making, crafting, or even starting a small business, this machine is worth every penny. Bambu Lab nailed it with the H2D—I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I picked up the H2S AMS Combo a little while ago, and honestly, it’s been solid. Setup was straightforward, everything connected without any weird hiccups, and the build quality feels better than I expected. The readings are quick and consistent, and the interface is simple enough that you don’t have to dig through a manual every time you want to check something.
What I like most is that it just works — no random alarms, no drifting numbers, no babysitting. For the price, it’s a reliable combo unit that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you need something dependable without overcomplicating your workflow, this is a good pick.

I’ve been using the Bambu Lab H2C for a while now, and it has exceeded every expectation. The print quality is incredibly sharp, the speed is impressive without sacrificing accuracy, and the overall user experience is smooth and beginner-friendly. Setup was quick, the AMS system works flawlessly, and the noise levels are surprisingly low compared to my older printers.
One thing that really stands out is reliability. I’ve put a ton of hours on my first H2C with almost zero issues, so I didn’t hesitate to purchase my second one. It has become my go-to printer for both functional prints and detailed models, and the ecosystem support from Bambu Lab just keeps making it better.
If you’re on the fence — don’t be. This printer is worth it.

It is a great printer. However, with default Generic PETG settings, I experienced issues when using Overture PETG on the H2C, whereas the H2S worked perfectly with the same filament and default Generic PETG profile. The H2C also does not currently offer a dedicated Overture filament profile (unlike the H2S, which supports PLA only for now), which likely contributes to this difference. Hopefully, this will be addressed in future software updates. Once the Overture parameters—especially speed—are properly tuned, or when using other filament brands, the machine performs absolutely fantastically.

The Bambu Lab H2D has completely exceeded my expectations. Setup was fast and intuitive, and I was up and printing within minutes. The print quality is outstanding right out of the box — smooth layers, sharp details, and consistent results even on long prints. It runs surprisingly quiet compared to other printers I’ve owned, and the build feels solid and premium. I also love the smart features and reliability — it just works every time without constant tinkering. If you’re looking for a printer that delivers professional-level results with a great user experience, the H2D is absolutely worth it.

Read countless shipping mishap stories of H2D deliveries via both Bambu Lab direct and BestBuy but mine arrived with no issues via UPS. I was waiting for my local Microcenter to restock to save $89 on shipping direct from Bambu but I saw on the Bambu subreddit BB had them available. I’m glad shipping was a day faster than pick up at store because the box is huge and heavy (93 lbs) and the whole unboxing is a two person process. Setup and calibration is easy and typical Bambu, pretty much just plug and play. Instructions are clear and packaging is well thought out. If you need the larger build volume or do a lot of multicolor prints or print lots of nylon/engineering materials and need a heated chamber then the H2D is worth it. AMS2 Pro is also a meaningful upgrade with built in heating and faster motors. I think the price to performance king in the lineup is still the P1S Combo and its a proven platform at this stage. The H2D is flagship price but comes with the flagship performance. Single color prints still print a little faster on my P1S than H2D but I don’t have any major complaints with the H2D so far. At the time of this review, I definitely wouldnt have gotten this base combo if the price was still $2699 (the peak tariff price) but since then Bambu adjusted the price to come back down really close to the pre-tariff pricing I decided to get it because who knows how the pricing will fluctuate with the tariff situation constantly changing. M & M’s Prop Shop and Clough42 are some good in depth youtube reviews out there.

This is my second printer after returning to the 3D printing hobby after 10 years. I must say this printer is amazing. I currently own 3 printers, one Flashforge Finder from about a decade ago, one Bambu Lab X1C which I picked up recently while on sale and the newest addition, this Bambu Lab H2D. Compared to the X1C the H2D is a beast, two hotends, larger print volume, internal heating and cooling, superior built in air filtration and its quieter and slightly faster despite the larger toolhead. Just like the X1C I have had a flawless user experience. My main gripe with it is the awkward build volume limitations due to the two hotends, however it has not created any real problems for me in using the machine. For most people I would recommend buying the H2S over the H2D if considering an H series as the H2S has a larger useful build volume and a lighter toolhead which means faster printing as well as being $800 cheaper. If you are someone who uses two or more materials per print then the H2D or especially the upcoming H2C will be a better option due to less wasted filament as well as additional sensors for detecting malfunctions or print issues. And of course there is the fact that the H2S doesn't support the 40W laser module that the H2D can use due to the larger internal power supply on it. A couple additional features that the H series has is being able to power a single AMS 2 Pro heating element from the 6-pin cable you connect between the AMS and the printer. And the other big features are the cutting, plotting and laser module upgrades you can get to allow the printer to laser cut/engrave as well as draw art/diagrams and even cut paper/vinyl with a blade. I don't have these currently so I can't say how they perform but they are options for those who might be interested. Anyways, this printer is excellent and my only regret is not finding out about the upcoming H2C and Vortek system until after I got the H2D. Outside of that this printer is amazing. I assume if you're willing to drop nearly $2500 on a printer that you already have some idea of what you're doing and need something specific that this printer does so the most important thing for me to say now is that my user experience has been easily on par with other Bambu printers and the dual hotend has already cut down several hours of print time for me.

As a long-time user of the original Bambu Lab flagship, the X1 Carbon (X1C), I had high expectations, and the H2D has not just met them—it has exceeded them in every aspect, solidifying Bambu Lab's position as a leader in personal manufacturing. The H2D feels like a natural and powerful evolution of the platform I've come to rely on.
1. The Power of Dual Nozzle and Multi-Material Capabilities
The addition of the dual-nozzle system is a game-changer. Moving from the multi-material (AMS) system on the X1C to the H2D's dedicated dual-nozzle setup has dramatically improved my workflow and print quality, especially for complex designs.
Dedicated Support Material: The ability to dedicate one nozzle to a dissolvable or breakaway support material is invaluable. The interface quality is virtually flawless, leading to [Insert specific benefit, e.g., "significantly less post-processing time," or "perfectly clean surfaces on complex overhangs"].
Efficient Multi-Color/Multi-Material: Dual extrusion reduces the purge volume and waste associated with tool-changing on the single-nozzle system, making multi-color prints [Insert specific benefit, e.g., "faster and more cost-effective," or "more efficient for high-volume jobs"]. I particularly appreciate [Mention a specific dual-material combination you've tried, e.g., "printing flexible TPU and rigid PLA in one go," or "high-temp PC with dedicated support"].
2. Enhanced Precision and Quality
Bambu Lab has always been fast, but the H2D introduces a new level of precision that is immediately noticeable.
Vision Encoder & Motion Accuracy: The {50um} motion accuracy, thanks to the new Vision Encoder calibration, is a phenomenal technical leap. I've observed [Insert specific observation about print quality, e.g., "smoother vertical surfaces and reduced VFA (Vertical Fine Artifacts)," or "much tighter tolerance for interlocking parts"] compared to my X1C.
High-Flow and Durability: The combination of the 350∘C hotend and the highly durable [If you have the Pro model, mention Tungsten Carbide nozzle] is excellent for engineering-grade materials. I no longer feel limited when tackling filaments like [Mention a specific advanced material, e.g., "Nylon-CF," or "PC"].
3. Quality of Life & User Experience Improvements
The thoughtful refinements across the machine further elevate the H2D experience.
Larger Build Volume: The increased build plate size of 350×320×325 has been incredibly useful for [Mention a specific project or type of print, e.g., "printing larger functional prototypes in a single piece," or "scaling up my production without sectioning parts"].
Active Chamber Heating: The 65C active heated chamber is a crucial upgrade for high-temperature filaments, effectively eliminating [Mention a specific issue, e.g., "warping and layer delamination," or "draft-related failures on large ABS prints"].
IN a nutshell:
The Bambu Lab H2D is a triumph in 3D printing engineering. It successfully builds upon the foundation of speed and reliability established by the X1C while pushing the boundaries of multi-material printing, precision, and overall capability. For anyone looking to significantly upgrade their manufacturing capacity—especially those who value flawless multi-material prints and superior engineering material handling—the H2D is the clear choice. It is a powerful, reliable, and highly accurate machine that has completely revolutionized my personal manufacturing workflow.

I am loving my Bambu Lab H2D with AMS Combo. From box to first print was quick and easy. Auto calibration just works, and the first layer comes out clean. The printer is fast yet calm, so I can carry on with work while it zips along. The AMS is the secret sauce. It keeps multiple spools ready and makes color changes feel like a magic trick. I have printed PLA, PETG, ABS, and ASA with crisp details, smooth walls, and supports that peel away without a fight. The app and built in camera make it simple to check on a job while I grab coffee. Build quality feels solid, and the whole experience is fun. Lastly I printed a pair of shoes in TPU 90A, they came out flawless. TPU 90a and 85a were next to impossible to get right before I bought this printer.
Bottom line. It turns ideas into real parts with almost no fuss. Yes, I recommend this product.

Amazing printer! My son is starting a 3D printing business and this has been so versatile, reliable and easy to use. It’s really quiet as well, which was a problem with previous printers. Purchasing through Best Buy was a breeze!

The Bambu H2S is by far the best printer I've used. My first printer required endless tinkering and leveling and would still throw bad prints all the time. It was so frustrating I walked away from 3d printing altogether.
Fast forward to today, and this is truly a plug and play experience. I'm so glad I pulled the trigger on this printer. You can print all the things - from hobby items to costumes to functional prints! The only limitation is your imagination.
If you spend some time learning the ins and outs of the slicer software, you can truly create one of a kind items. 10/10 I would recommend this printer to all levels of users. It's welcoming for newbies and capable of satisfying the most demanding creators.

The Bambu H2S has lived up to and surpassed the hype.
Coming from a Creality printer background and first time Bambu user- the printer is obnoxiously awesome in all the right areas: Fast, accurate, zero first layer adhesion, and more.
The software suite is very intuitive (having previous experience in Ultimaker-cura) and had this up in running in no time. Being able to upload STL's and check in on a print remotely through the built in camera is absurdly convenient.
The build quality, shipping, & pack / un-pack experience made it very evident a LOT of R&D went into this unit start to finish.
Bonus it comes with the AMS for multi-color & drying material between prints.
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Huge upgrade from my old A1. I used to stay away from multicolor prints on the A1 due to the filament waste. With the H2C, I've already printed a ton of multicolored prints and have been loving it. I'll be buying a second AMS 2 Pro at some point to increase the number of colors I can print at once. Only gripe I have is that the hot ends can pop out of the changer pretty easy, so you just have to be careful to not hit them when pulling the plate in and out.

The Bambu Lab H2D is amazing! Setup was quick, and the print quality blew me away right from the start. The dual-nozzle system makes multi-color and multi-material printing super easy, and the AMS keeps my filament dry and ready to go. I’ve already done several large projects and the results have been flawless.
It’s fast, quiet, and feels very well built. I also love that it can do more than just 3D printing—having laser and cutting options in the same machine is a huge bonus. Definitely worth the investment if you want a reliable, professional-level printer.

I’ve been really impressed with the H2D. The large build volume makes it versatile, and its dual-nozzle system handles multi-material prints flawlessly with no contamination and minimal waste. Setup was straightforward, and the built-in monitoring system works smoothly. I’ve also noticed it’s slightly more precise than my P1S.
That said, if you don’t plan to take advantage of the dual-nozzle, multi-material printing capabilities, I’d recommend going with the H2S instead—it’s more affordable and still an excellent machine.
