I wasn't very impressed with the selections of songs. There were some good songs, but overall it could have been better. Do you really need 3-4 Taylor Swift songs? It was alright to play in a large group, but other than that there wasn't anything special about it.

i bought this for $199 and was thrilled. just saw new add for $150 which is even better! would make a great gift. i wasnt that thrilled about the song list although it does have a nice variety with songs from all genres! i must say that being a woman makes this more interesting than some of the other products marketed for men! overall im pleased with it and ready to rock it out!!!

I just bought Band Hero for myself and I love it! I have 2 girls that love to sing to the Taylor Swift songs on it. Glad there is a variety of music to choose from. I would recommend this for anyone who has pre teens or teens to just have a little fun with it:) I have never played this kind of stuff, so it is really cool to learn.

After I got the Beatles Rock Band (which I love) I rented Band Hero (not really from Best Buy, but whatever). Anyway, the game isn't that great. I saw that it had songs by the Jackson 5, Janet Jackson, and the Rolling Stones. And those songs weren't that great. Has too many Taylor Swift songs and other annoying songs. And the graphics and gameplay isn't very high quality.

Band Hero by Nitendo for the Wii system is a great gift for a teen; especially this past Christmas when the family was looking for a gift that would please the teens in the family; especially the teens that enjoy listening and dancing to current music. We would recommend Band Hero by Nitendo for the Wii system to other families who may have teens in their family that enjoy current music.
