This is a older movie that we have not seen and was delighted when I was able to purchase it from BestBuy at a good price so my wife and I can watch it anytime we want.

Great movie talks about drugs and trouble youth back in the 80’s if your an 80’s generation fan need to add this to your dvd collection

Thank you, Best Buy! Band of the Hand was one of my favorite 80s flicks and when I went in search of the DVD, all I found were crazy prices at nearly $100! A bunch of juvenile delinquents are taken into a unique program in the Everglades to try to right their criminal ways. Yes, it's cheesy, but it's a fun 80s romp. A younger Lauren Holly, Laurence Fishburne, James Remar, Stephen Lang and Leon make up part of the cast.

This is a great 80's throwback action flick that has received the Blu-Ray treatment.

I caught this on HBO when I was a child and loved it. I was so pleased to see it finally getting released on blu-ray and placed an order right away. While some movies don't hold up to how I remember them, that wasn't the case here. It was great to revisit this movie and held up extremely well.

How did I not see this movie growing up? Are you a fan of Michael Mann, Miami Vice, The Warriors, and even Streets of Fire? Did you grow up in Miami, or just wished you did? Then watch this movie. You'll love it. Nice video and audio transfer to blu-ray. Great ensemble cast. No extras unfortunately.

I saw this way back in the day and I do have to say that it is great movie. The cast is really unknown and a bit cheesy, but it is still worth owning. I like classic action movies, because there really isn't that much CGI and the action is great. Get it.

It's a movie that has a lot of big name actors (now) before they were big. Story of the movie is almost what today society is going through. It's a good movie had all types from VHS to now bluray versions kust kept upgrading lol.

I was 15 years old when this film was released and it left a memorable impression on me. I haven't seen it since it's release.

If you enjoy Miami Vice, this is a no brainer purchase. A lot of the same feel, since this director actually filmed some episode for Miami Vice and was part of the Starsky and Hutch Tv Duo.

Loved this one as a kid...one of the first R rated movies that I've watched. Produced by the great Michael Mann so it feels like a violent Miami Vice episode.

My sister use to look at this movie alot when I was younger so I wanted to add it to my collection for my kids to look at.

Very happy to get this on Blu-Ray. Looks good on Blu-ray, better than the early DVD release. Good story & lots of action.
