Bought it as a birthday gift, and when it was opened by the recipient, found the windshield part, which was made with plastic, was badly scratched. It looked to be scratched when manufactured, so took it to the store, and they said it was not within the return policy so I should buy the membership to be able to simply exchange the product. That did not make me a happy customer as it ended up being an expensive but flawed gift. The product is made with poor materials and handled badly when manufacturing, and BestBuy's customer service, especially from the store manager, should be better than a simple reply I can get from a chatbot.

Super low quality item. Do not waste your money on it. The purchase comes with unreturnable free gift. And I just found out about it today. It cost $10 on it. They are packing you to pay $10.
