Throughly enjoyed very anti-climatic series ending but overall a great action packed series sad for it to end.

This series really made us want to know what happens next me of our favs.

Conceptually speaking I find Banshee rewarding. Lucas Hood is drawn as a complex character whose initial motivation strictly lies in survival and reconnecting with his former lady love and partner whom he took the fall for 15 years earlier by allowing himself to be captured by the police thereby facilitating her escape (with the proceeds of their recent score). Lucas saw opportunity in assuming the identity of the sheriff but strictly as a means to an end. What he didn’t expect was his adoption of the people in Banshee as well as the discovery that he had a knack for his new “job”. His particular skill set along with an approach that would be deemed overtly unorthodox for a town sheriff makes for an interesting mix that places him in a rotating love/hate relationship with his staff as well as in the crosshairs of the local crime boss, Kai Proctor who makes for a worthy adversary who makes no bones about his agenda or willingness to squash those that may stand in his way.

Banshee is one of the most violent, sexually-charged, and entertaining shows ever to come to home video. From the first powerful season on, the show was thrown into high gear. Season 4 begins with a shocker, and jars us into a different world within the town of Banshee. Nothing is quite the same, and that's what makes it all the more intriguing. Great characters, stories, and very tight direction. A very melancholy ending. My only qualm; they did not include the "Farewell to Banshee," which can be found on YouTube, and well worth watching.

The Banshee series was seriously underrated and it could have gone on for many more seasons. The fourth and final season Blu-Ray wrapped things up nicely and Eliza Dushku joining the cast was awesome. Unfortunately, another one of my favorite series ends way too soon! If you haven't watched the Banshee series and you are a fan of horror/sc-fi, pick it up; you won't be disappointed!

The fourth installment of Banshee, was really good. It was knowing that this was in fact the last season that caused me to watch it more than once. However, it is still the same hold your breathe, how did they do that, what's going to happen the next episode fantastic show. If you even remotely enjoyed any of the previous seasons you need to watc ph the fourth. Buckle up

Wish this would have been around for a couple more seasons. Wraps up many of the dangling story lines and if you liked the first three seasons then this is a no brainer. See how it all ends. As gory, violent and naughty as ever, it doesn't pull any punches. Eliza Dushku joins the cast in a great role as a drug addled FBI agent. Job is priceless, as usual.

Banshee has been over the top since the first season. However, that's one of the reasons it's so appealing and so much fun to watch. The last season did a great job bringing closure to a sensational four season run. I really will miss the crazy antics of a stellar cast bringing to life the memorable characters in the city of Banshee. Well done!

I like Banshee. There is not another show like it. First, what disappointed me about this season (other then it being the last). First, not as many episodes as in other seasons. Second, not as much martial art fighting. The murder mystery was interesting and the addition of Eliza Dushku was a fine addition to the cast. I am glad that it was done as an ending to the story and they did't just quit it abruptly and leave you hanging.

With Dexter and Penny Dreadful over here comes another great one to sail off before it's time. It was a good, bittersweet send off though- completing all the story arcs and tying up all loose ends without rushing too much ...which I was wondering since there was still quite a bit happening up til the end.

Let's face it, those who bought this (found it at a great price for Blu-Ray) have already gone thru all the previous seasons. If you are new and like action (some awesome action sequences here), a dark atmosphere with touches of fun, solid acting, mystery and plot twists, don't miss this series finale (or is it?). You may get all previous seasons and have a treat, but in a way, this season may be viewed as a stand alone.

Banshee is a fantastic show from the creators of True Blood (which I did not watch). Definitely not for kids as content is similar to other premium network shows. Loved this series finding it after the final season ran. The reviews online at IMDB and others are excellent.

What an outrageous series & the final season continues with a bang. One of the main characters is killed off & we have to wait till the end to find out who done it. Loved the series right form the first season. Never let's up never let's you down. A truly unique & original series.

In this season 4 final episode of Ban Shee was unexpected ending. The best part of ending was *spoiler alert* Job made and posted all over the webs for "Leo" to be as "Job" without killing him. Plus Job took the money back from Leo and give it to old guy from the bar.

By far, my all-time favorite TV series!!! It's hard to stop watching once you start. The episodes just keep getting better and better and better. I am so envious of anyone who hasn't started watching it yet. Brace yourself for the binge-watching event of your life!!

this series comes to a close after 3 other seasons, and the 4th has a different twist than the first 3, when the ex-con assumes the identity of a new sheriff in a new town. A nice conclusion to wrap up some issues and demons in the show. Totally enjoyed!!

Dynamic, suspenseful, action packed but a little predictable! However, it kept me my interest throughout the entire series and I most say that it was a good show !! I would recommend this show only to a person that likes to see some good fighting scenes, some law breaking outlaws and corruption ! Overall I personally liked the show up to a 4 1/2 stars !

Season 4 (the final season) was the 'weakest' one yet. I thought the show peaked in season 2 and had dropped off a bit since. The tone changed quite a bit with not enough time to reestablish the new pace. Only 8 episodes. No problem with the blu-ray presentation in this set. It looks good for Super 16 film. Worth it for completion of the series.

this production has such a great story line. it is quite different from any other series I have viewed. it has a great lead in, and a fantastic ending. it is quite a story, with an ending that really makes it all come together for a perfect ending.

Banshee, Rocks Like the first 2 season Banshee rocks, and was surprised to see this series come to an end. And what can you say about the quality of the DVD. Like 99.99% of the DVD’s I have ever purchased there was zero defects with the product.
