    If your considering this item then you are probably a fan of Ms. Stanwyck. The 3 Excellent Blu-rays presented here are not GREAT films, but they are Good to Very Good films. No turkeys. The films are from 1939, 1942 & 1946. The earliest is one of many involving Dr. Kildare. Yes, that name was around TV and films for decades. The 1946 film is a comedy of errors with Robert Cummings. Much ado about horse breeding. 1942's "The Great Man's Lady" is told in flashback by 109 year old Ms. Stanwyck as she tells of her late husband (played by Joel McRae. ). 2 of the 3 films have good commentaries by Dr. Elaine Ross providing information and historical perspective. I recommend this set.
