The animation for Barbie movies has gotten better and better. The music is catchy and the stories are nice.

The children liked the movie but watching Barbie in a movie just seems like another bad cartoon. What sells is that the Barbie title sold itself right away to my granddaughter. We will watch again but it will be the first video that goes into the Goodwill pile.

This is a great movie to keep the kids occupied. Great to watch prior to bed.

I really wanted this to be good. Barbie should be able to do anything, but in this case, she uses more magic and pretty dresses than science. There isn't much hover boarding either. It's really bad and you'd have to be a die hard Barbie fan to like it. There's nothing horrible in there for kids, though, and it did entertain my daughter. If you're looking for something to give a Barbie fan, there are much better movies. If you are looking for something for a sci-fi fan, this is not it.
