I bought these online, sight unseen. Their purpose was for football games as I am a public address announcer. The 50mm openings let in plenty of light while the ruby coating makes them look ultra cool and expensive. At 10 X magnification, I can easily see the numbers on the jerseys and the expressions on the referees faces! I had shopped around and comparable lenses at the same specifications cost three times as much. These binoculars are clear, concise and the focus, both on the center frame and eyepiece are smooth and predictable. They are also great for star gazing, airplane identification, bird watching, and looking at the moon. I also had the chance to use them with low light conditions and they worked excellently! The only drawback is that the case is fabric and the strap is flimsy cloth. But At this low price, I can afford to buy a tough well made travel case myself!

We got these binoculars for what would be a long day of whale watching. They are pretty lightweight, and didn't cause arm fatigue, and the magnification was excellent. Good ergonomics make them easy to focus and use.

this is great!! love how you can see things really far, and focusing on them. this is a wonder ful product for seeing sights and for bird watching, overall i would go for this.

I bought these binoculars because they had stronger zoom then my current binoculars. however when I looked through them they could see the same distance as my current set that had lesser optical zoom, so I returned them.
