I found this DVD on Netflix and had to own it. It has beginner, intermediate and advanced levels so you can challenge yourself. I work out quite a lot and attempted to do the advanced level. Halfway through I had to go back to intermediate. The instructor is incredibly easy to follow and very soothing.
