Geek Squad goes above and beyond

He even helped call Xfinity with me and told me what to do to get help from them. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. His customer service was some of the best I have ever had.

Excellent service

It is now set up to play everything that I have connected and I have it set up through a Harmony one remote that brings everything on properly for each activity. Usually I am able to set everything up without any help, but there were a few too many ways to connect the different cables and devices and I wanted it done right.

Geek Squad Installed Sound Bar to My Older TV

My TV is an older model that did not have the newer components that modern sets have. The agent resolved this issue in very short order and I was up and running.

SOUND BAR WORKS
