I thought that all the components were not only set up but actually also working properly after the setup. Unfortunately, the sound of the turntable and Netflix is not working properly. I did not think that I needed to check everything before the technician left, nor did I have the time, because of the long appointment window (7 am-noon, really Best Buy), to take more time off work. The process to get a hold of anyone at the Crystal lake store is just ridiculous, because nobody is ever answering the phone, once I finally got through a live person, I was informed that the call was answered from a national hub. I asked the representative, that I need to get in touch with the Crystal Lake store and he hung up on me, immediately. I had to go to the store during a pandemic to finally talk to a Magnolia representative who seemed annoyed about my request to set up another appointment. We'll see how this will turn out.

Two agents arrived right on time. I told them want I needed done and 1/2 hour later they were done. They volunteered to take the sound bar trash with them and answered all my questions. Great Job!

Thankfully after one (failed) attempt by geek squad agents to install and hook up our surround sound, they dispatched Mark. He was very experienced and was able to get all our equipment working properly. Plus he walked me through all the features on the remote and made sure I knew how to operate everything. Bravo Mark, awesome job!

Convenient having everything you need in one location. I’m not electronic savvy however I’m constantly purchasing items the internet me. Best Buy’s techs connected everything I’ve purchased. Now that a service Ivan count on.

First TV didn’t work properly and thankfully I was within 15 days of purchase which allowed it to be replaced with no issues. I didn’t take out the insurance on the first tv but quickly bought it for the second. The second tv has been great. Love the color better on the new one as well. I think I just got a lemon the first time, but Best Buy and the Geek Squad were awesome.

My new 55" Samsung QLED TV screen and Samsung sound bar are functioning perfectly because of the technical skills of the Geek Squad who assembled my new entertainment center. I truly lack the skills to have done this myself. I have depended on the Geek Squad for 4 years. Best money I've spent.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and completed the install. They were polite and very friendly. Everything was explained and when they left we had a full understanding of how to operate our new TV. There was no mess left behind as they took all the packaging with them. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We had problems with getting the audio to sync with the video, which was really annoying when watching talk show programs or action movies. Replaced the sound bar twice and still had problems. Finally, the Geek Squad got it working perfectly!
