No problems. Love the sound. Easy setup. Love being able to adjust bass & sound.

I have met with 3 different Geek Squad Employees form the local Best Buy store in Pueblo Colorado. All 3 employees have been Very Professional, Polite and answered every question that my wife and I asked. Each install was done quickly and correctly

The first visit left much to be desired as what was done could have been done over the phone. The second visit was VERY good! The two techs fixed all my problems and offered good suggestions for those that weren't part of why they were here. If I need help in the future I would be glad to have the second squad here any time.

Couldnt hide wires for me- even though was set up to do so easily, not impressed, tech did not want to do anything beyond plugging in. Just noty worth the money I paid for Install service- really a joke.

Richard from Geek Sqd. came out and installed the new sound bar since I had never done one before. Great and fast work.

Grant Garrean successfully installed a Yamaha - 630W 7.2-Ch. 4K Ultra HD A/V Home Theater Receiver - and reprogrammed my Harmony 900 remote to control the receiver functions. He came back to correct the control of the second zone. Grant was efficient and knowledgeable about the set up required. I am happy with the performance of this receiver.

the agents called me the day before and told me the time they would come and sure enough they were on time, well prepared, had mask, shoe covers, installed my equipment with such professional ease, checked all if my previous installs to make sure they were properly working. Polite and respectful.

Very happy after the Techs connected our new LGTV55" remote control to our Soundbar system. With the old TV we had to use 2 separate remotes, and now we only need one remote to turn on the TV and soundbar together. It's so convenient now. Thanks Techs!

l knew I would have trouble if I tried to set up myself, even with help from YouTube. While watching him set up sound bar. I knew then I never could have done it. He also changed my setup on my screen which I never knew was wrong. Iam now enjoying my TV much better than before. Thanks, Geek squad@

The agent connected the Sonos sound bar in a quick and efficient manner. He cleaned everything. He was quite proficient in in his explanation of the system. He was very careful in demonstrating the installation and use of the Sonos App and the various settings and use

The Geek Squad did a perfect job of installing my different components in TV room. They make the wiring look so professional. I have used their services before and have always been treated great. After setup is completed, they take the time to be sure you know how to use everything. Will continue to use them in the future.

Hard to judge, the first tech was great, mounted a 65" tv making sure it was exactly where and how high we wanted it. He also made sure we understood how to use the remote control etc. We decided to return the TV and buy a different model. They two techs that came was almost as good as the first guy. I'd say the first guy would get a 5star, they may get a 4star. We then added an amazing surround sound system called Sonos. Really excellent! But the third tech who installed this system was annoying. I felt like i was annoying her if when i'd ask a question or said how I'd like it to work. After she left, the system didn't do what we knew it should be able to do. We called the Sonos company who were fantastic, problem solved.

The geeks came into my home and made the tv and sound beautiful.

The agents mounted my sound bar and took the time to help synchronize my remotes and explain how they work. They were very helpful.

Before I knew it the items were installed without a hitch

I had a technical issue and my sound bar lost connection. I called the Geek Squad and scheduled a technician to come out. He arrived early actually which was great. After a few minutes he found the issue and showed me what happen. Great customer service.

Two guys did a great job re-connecting all my equipment and setting the controls to my liking. Took our old tv with them, glad I didn’t have to deal with that!

I will call geek squad every time. Made it stress free

The agent quickly resolved my problem and gave me information that will help me resolve this myself in the future.

I am old school and have installed stereo equipment several times in my life but new technology, As in assigning speakers, heck the manual for my new receiver which I had to print out is 382 pages. Terrance was very professional and he got everything working and was a pleasure to do with. Worth every penny!
