The Geek squad was super, putting in my new TV, removing the old one and working on the surround sound until it was perfect.

Sarah from Geek Squad installed all our home entertainment equipment and wired it! Sarah is a rockstar and was extremely clean with all the wiring. You cant’t see any of it! All of my equipment is controlled on 1 remote that my whole family can control. Best Geek Squad tech ever!!!

The agents were friendly and highly competent. However, they still have not responded to the one issue that I have communicated more than once: The coax cable "TV" input on this new 65" LG TV appears not to work. I really would like to resolve that issue ASAP.

Joe set up the home network for my new Sony 75" TV, and he did an excellent job. He showed me how to work everything and made sure I was comfortable with all the settings and controls before he left. He was careful with the equipment and was always very professional. Thanks, Joe!

The Geek Squad set up the new TV, connected all the peripherals, and demonstrated how it worked. I needed additional support with the remote and the DVR, which was promptly and thoroughly provided.

The Geek Squad arrived right on time. They wasted no time setting up our new TV, sound bar, and Blu-Ray DVD player. Watching them go through all the steps to get these things running made us realize that we made a good choice going with the Geek Squad. We'd probably still be trying to get everything to work properly had we done it ourselves!

Rapid Fix for our problem! Agent was able to diagnose and determine reason the bar was failing to work. Then Fix it!

The set up looked intimidating to us, so we called the Geek Squad for the rescue. They got our earphones, Roku, cable TV hooked up and remotes coordinated.

They guys were great that helped with the set up. They expained everything, and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we didn't have a clue.

The agents connected the soundbar to my new TV without any issues. They tested all settings and set it for the best sound performance. They also explained the settings to me so that I know what settings to use if I needed to reset it for any reasons.

Have an home theater system that I purchased from Magnolia some years ago. When it came time recently to reorient the components during a remodel, I called Best Buy to do the job. From estimate to completion of work, they were pleasant, professional and great to work with. The work was top-notch and our entertainment space has never looked better!

They were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and nice. Had to return 3 times. My TV did not have correct input, so they advised me which soundbar to buy and came back to install the new one. Also came back to adjust settings - all at no extra cost!
