I was not getting any sound through sound bar. The service guy was able to fix the cause quickly to my complete satisfaction. They also arrived on time and were very friendly.

Had Geek Squad deliver and set up our new Samsung Smart TV. They arrived on time, set it up and instructed us how to use it. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful answering our questions. I recommend the Geek Squad to anyone who needs them.

The two agents were friendly and hooked up our new audio system quickly, then explained how to work the remote with the audio system. The problem was they did not match it with the TV remote or even check to see if it worked with TV remote also. Now we have to use 2 remotes for our new TV which is suppose to do everything with one. Many calls to BEST Buy, phones always busy, put on hold forever, transferred to different depts, and still not fixed, or even gotten a "followup" visit to correct it which is suppose to be guaranteed. Probably should give 1 star, but they were knowledgeable and friendly. Other services used have been good in the past..on the fence if I'll use them again.

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my new 4kTV. The only thing I wish that they would have done is get my Bose remote I use for my sound bar to work with Directv Now to stream TV online. I have to use two different remotes, but its not the end of the world. They did a good job overall setting up everything and connecting my sound bar..

The Geek Squad came out when they said they would! He got our sound system to work after cable company had messed it up!! I did have a few questions about a cable that wasn't hooked up to anything, but the guy didn't answer the questions and didn't want to investigate further what this cable was for:( (Reason why I didn't give a 5 Star.)

Did a good service for the two items they come for. Hook up a door m bell, and sound bar.
When they left they FAILED TO HOOK SCREEN DOOR, ON A VERY WINDY DAY . SO THE WIND CAUGHT THE DOOR AND CAUSED BAD TEAR IN THE FRAME AND DOOR ITSELF. THE DOOR WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED.

I purchased a Sonos sound bar on the recommendation of a sales agent at Best Buy. The Geek Squad arrived on time and connected the sound bar and fully adjusted it for the best resolution to fit the room. Very good service.

I had never utilized the Geek Squad before and like anything new, had some hesitation. However, the technician who was sent to install the product that we purchased from Best Buy was personable, friendly and tech savvy. He did a great job in getting the product installed and making sure it worked properly before he left.
