Geek squad did the job that I couldn’t. Imagine not being able to connect a soundbar Also they explained to me what I was doing wrong

The installers were very helpful and knowledgeable during the process and answered any questions we had. They helped walk us through the steps to operate our system when they were done. Would recommend this service!

The Agent arrived promptly, and had my TV, DVD and stereo system connected / wired in no time. He even wired my TV to my stereo speakers which was an unexpected, but greatly appreciated "bonus". I wouldn't know where to fault the Agent or his service...
