The Geek squad agent provided me with the utmost in service and expertise. He took the time to add plugs to the wiring and his understanding of the equipment and features was apparent. We are very satisfied with the equipment and the sound balance of the room.

The agents installed in-wall speakers, replacing my existing in-wall speakers. The task really wasn’t that difficult because the wiring was already in place and the size of speakers was similar. They did a good job.

We are not all that tech savvy so having someone come in with the knowledge was extremely helpful. The installers were really great and explained everything to us.

The Geek Squad arrived even before the TV did! They waited patiently and set it up as soon as it arrived. They connected the TV, all my other video components and my new sound bar....and took the time to explain how to manage everything. Well worth the price!!!!!

The employees at Best Buy "Geek Squad" have always done a great job for me. I am "Low Tech" and they are the absolute opposite. I am glad to have them help me with all of my 21st Century "High Tech" needs!

Soundbar was not working as we expected with our universal remote. Geek reprogrammed it to work exactly as we expected and it has met our needs ever since!

Agent did a good job. Sound bar is too complex.There are NO instructions!!! Would not recommend this bar unless you recognize what you are getting into.

Somewhat lacking in tech, I chose to have the sound bar installed by BestBuy. It only took him a very short time, while I'd still be working at it.

The "instructions" that came with the sound bar just purchased didn't come close to addressing what needed to be done in setting it up with my TV.

Very thorough geek squad was timely, and called in advance to make sure they were brining everythng they needed. Clean, organized and patient with owner who needed help to navigate new technology.
