The installers got the sound bar working but they were very rude to each other, and not in a humorous way.

Efficiency is the key word. On time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I use them ALL the time. THE BEST!!!!!

The agent was unable to get my problem solved, the old soundbar just finally could not be brought back to life. Instead of replacing the soundbar, my wife and I decided to wait until the TV gives up and replace both. The Geek squad did all he could and I have no complaints about his work on the contrary I was impressed with his knowledge and the way he worked to try to revive the old soundbar. I will be looking, in the future, into the purchase of a new system.

I was furnishing an entirely new house with 4 new TVs and 2 new soundbars. It was too much for me to take on, on my own. I also needed to have all of the items delivered at the same time (rather than ordering & shipping directly). It was well worth the annual $199 fee to get Geek Squad to come set-up everything! It took them over three hours, but when all was said and done, everything worked perfectly!

My tech, Ryan was very competent, professional and knowledgeable. The Bose sound bar which was returned to me by Bose after being "repaired" still does NOT work. Ryan proved this by connecting a Sonos sound bar which DID work perfectly.

The agent connected my sound bar to my t. And showed me how to do ie myself if I mistakenly disconnected it. He was great

The squad came to install my new sound bar system exactly on time. They were good natured and very professional. The installation went quickly and very well. I was impressed that the guys took the extra time to move the speakers around the room until they found the most optimal location was found. Most importantly they took even more time to fully educate me on the system and how they set it up. Overall great job.

Almost did not purchase this sound bar with television. So glad the sales rep gave us “sound” advice on this purchase. It makes a significant difference in the sound, volume of the Samsung television. Geek Squad had it hooked up with everything checked & working properly in a short period of time. Great addition to our television.

On the second visit, for another $100, this guy knew what he was doing and got our TV set up correctly in less than ten minutes and explained to us how it worked. Much different experience than the first geek squad guys who delivered and originally set up the TV (for $260) who were clueless and not helpful at all.

All proper COVID-19 protocols were followed. The installation was quick, professional, and responsibly done.

I have used GEEK Squad in the past and never have been dissatisfied and once again they did a great job. Geek squad mounted a new TV on my living room wall and I also requested them to setup my audio equipment, a sony soundbar and sonny htz 9f rear speakers. They attached the soundbar to the bottom of the TV and explained the number of speakers inside the bar and there positioning. The hook up of the rear speakers was easy , however, they suggested the placement and height which all resulted in a great sound expierence. Once again hats off to the GEEK SQUAD

My tech, Truman, truly went above and beyond to be sure my three new Beat Buy purchased TVs and Sonos sound bar were up and running before he left. It took him hours to manage what turned out to be quite a complex job. He was calm and continually problem solving throughout the extended appointment.

Geek Squad's Rick Custer is one of very few who truly understands Sonos. Installation was flawless. He took the time to demonstrate use and adjustments. Can't recommend him highly enough.
