Great job setting this sound bar up and testing it for tv and music

Have always installed tvs myself in the past but with today's technology and first smart tv purchase, the install by Geek Squad was well worth the cost. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable, respectful and efficient.

Wasn’t soundbar, it was portable head phones. On time and in an out in 20 minutes. Good job

Although I could have done the audio connection myself my Geed Squad team had me covered and swiftly connect my Pioneer Elite receiver to the TV and adjusted the audio for all my speakers.

Geek squad came in and quickly and professionally installed the tv, the mount, and my sound bar. They were very knowledgeable about it and asked my opinions about placement and what to plug in.

Soundbar was mounted and added to the tv. Provided information on operation.

The Geek Squad that did the installation were very professional very thorough answered questions help me remove some of the older cable out of the way to set up the new system they were excellent highly recommend them

They were supposed to setup TV and to connect existing surround sound system to TV and set both up. I was told that my Surround Sound was to Old and they couldn't set it up and I should buy a Sound Bar. Note: Existing Sound System was working and was connected to a "65 inch Samsung LED TV and I don't know why the new TV wouldn't work. It just cost me several hundred dollars more than it should. This is the fourth time I have written out the details and no contact from Best Buy. I don't think these are ever read.

The tech arrived on time. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He reviewed the steps several times until I was confident in how to do it.

The sound bar was installed by the geek squad when the TV and the DVD was installed. Again, I must acknowledge the geek squad was very obliging with my request.

The service was great but the sound bar is not a 5 star rating .

The agent mounted my soundbar and connected it to my new Samsung Q80 television. He made sure everything worked properly and that I knew how to use the remote to get to all of the features.

The technicians installed my sound bar and ensured it was paired with my tv monitor.

The techs understood soundbar connections and the optimal settings for the various viewing modes. They were fast, but professional!
