The TV setup seemed to be connected properly, until a few days later we've noticed the Yamaha receiver kept blanking out the sound. We finally just turned off the reciever and now just have tv audio. This TV Bravia sony TV keeps losing sound for no reason, causing me to have to reboot the tv more than a few times a day!! It's very frustrating, After ruining my day and nights of trying to binge watch, I will be calling Best buy tomm. I hope I dont have to pay ANOTHER fee to have the geek squad fix this!! #imfrustrated #thinkingofputtingahammertothisTV #verydissapointedveteran

The Geek Squad agents that installed and set up our Harmony remote made it easy fo retired folks. If you don’t want to worry with the details, then this is one of Best Buy’s services!

Mounted two TVs and set up an audio system, as well as cuttung the cable with a stresming sevice. All knowledgeable people and they don't leave ubtil you know how to operate everything

The tech did a great job! BUT I paid for a complete install of a sound bar, but the tech spent all of 15 minutes connecting the correct cables to the correct places after our grandkids had used connections for their stuff while visiting. There should be some provision for small jobs.

I had the geek squad come and install a 75 inch TV and soundbar to the wall. The TV is not level and the crew did not install the soundbar, they said it needed brackets, which i was not told about when i bought the soundbar in-store. They left without getting the TV to work. I had to plug the cables in and set everything up. $200 for them to put the TV mount on the wall and lift the TV up. This was not a new TV purchase, the TV was sitting on a counter and the soundbar was sitting at the base. Easy job except for the weight of the TV. Use them again?? maybe.

I purchased a new Yamaha RXV-683 and wanted to have the Geek Squad set up the audio/video for several components. Very please with the work and knowledge of Cameron who was friendly and able to answer many of my questions.
